Chapter Forty-Eight

Julian and Spotlight walk onto the bus with a suitcase in their hands.

Spotlight: Spotlight in the house!

Julian: Julian in this beast!!

Day Day: Ayee!

Langston: What are you guys doing here??!

Julian: We here for the tour!

All four guys gather into a brotherly hug.

Spotlight: Introduce us to everybody niggas.

Langston introduces everyone but saves his girlfriend for last.

Langston: *takes Monnique by the hand* And this gorgeous, feisty, Puerto-Rican lady is my number one dime, Monnique.

Julian: You cuffed this sexy thang?

Spotlight: *steps up to Monnique and grabs her hand* Hello. I'm Levell. *kisses her hand*

Monnique just blushed and sat back down.

Langston: Ha, she ain't interested!

Spotlight gives him the straight face.

Frank starts driving the bus again and the crew has to figure out where the two new people are staying.

Sasha: So where did you guys plan on sleeping this summer?

Keke: Yeah cause all the beds are taken.

Julian: I'll take the big couch in the back living room.

Day Day: (to Spotlight) What about you?

Spotlight: Monnique, can you make room for me in your bed? *winks*

Monnique: No. But I can make room for my thick, long, d---

Lex: *covers Mo's mouth* You can sleep somewhere in the front living room.

Julian and Spotlight get settled and Frank makes an announcement.

Frank: (over intercom) We've arrived in Charlotte. Grab a bag and we can check into the hotel.

Gennis: Y'all down for the pool again?

Sasha and Legacy quietly look down and smile because of memories.

Monnique: Hell no!

Dani: I'm not getting stuck in another elevator.

Ben J: Hey, that wasn't too bad.

Keke: (remembering what happened with Legacy) *mumbles* It was worst than you thought.

Deja: Huh, sis?

Keke: Nothing.

Everyone gets a bag of clothes and go into the lobby of the Embassy Suites.

Guess what??! I was reading this other story about New Boyz and Ranger$, and I realized, the writer COPIED a scene in one of my chapters!! I literally stopped reading right there when I realized what happened because that pissed me off!! But I'm good.

And I was at my cousin's house all weekend so that explains the lack of posts. But I made it up to you guys!! :)
