Same (fandom) x (fandom) crossover story

Apparently i saw this happen on Quotev where someone created a story of Danganronpa x a fandom i cannot remember the name of. Then a new account came along and did the same thing. The thing is the entire plot line and characters dying in the story was completely different and some accounts (like the rly rude ones) started commenting "You copied that story" and "That's plagiarism!"
They deleted their story after all the hate they received and i admit the story was actually really good.

it's not plagiarism unless they fucking COPY AND PASTE the ENTIRE FUCKING STORY ONTO THEIR STORY!

Example of plagiarism

story 1: (character) attempted to frame the murder on (character) but instead got himself killed

story 2: (same character) attempted to frame the murder on (same character) but instead died

That is basically plagiarism right there. They just changed 1 fucking word while copying the entire sentence.

Example of not plagiarism

story 1: (character) attempted to frame the murder on (character) but instead got himself killed

story 2: (different character) killed (character) while attempting to kill another. But ended up getting killed instead.

That wouldn't be plagiarism due to the fact that they used a different character and put them in different death fates. Sometimes humans just need to grab a FUCKING DICTIONARY BEFORE COMMENTING SOMETHING FUCKING OFFENSIVE. You can't say someone is plagiarizing only cuz they have the same name or fandom crossover.

Seriously, if you want to tell someone they are plagiarizing cuz the story title is the same then you might as well tell all the authors doing character x reader stories that they are plagiarizing. CUZ FROM WHAT I SEE MOST OF THEIR TITLES ARE "(fandom) oneshots" or "(character) x reader"
get the point? Seriously this pisses me off a lot. Go find something more useful to do other than claiming others are plagiarizing.

Sometimes the second story may actually turn out better than the first story. Remember that.
