He crossed the deserted road and made his way over to the bridge, knowing it would be a safe place to stay for the night.
Black was the only person on earth. He was the only color he ever saw, and he grew sick of all the monotony.
He had watched, a year ago, as the world had crumbled. As far as he had seen, he was the only survivor.
"Tch...stupid colors went and destroyed themselves..."
He closed his eyes as he sat down against one of the many pillars supporting the bridge. He didn't feel tired at all, but it would distract him from the pain he felt.
He was good at shoving people away. 'Not that it matters now..' He thought to himself, smiling slightly. Black had never been very fond of people.

He woke up and took in his surroundings, the sky was grey, but not from clouds.
There were very few people like him in the world, with no color. The only others where the white people. He was convinced he was the only black colored in the world.
The white people had grown tired of being discriminated against, they had created bombs that took away all the color from the world.
What they failed to realize, was that they would be destroyed in the explosions themselves. Black didn't know why he survived, all he knew was that now he had all the world to himself.
Sure, it got a bit quiet sometimes; he had even tried more than once to take his own life during the really hard times.
He got up, brushing away the dirt and considered trying again today. He looked down the street to try to find something useful, when he saw a flash of ..color.
He tried to ignore it, all colors had been wiped out, and it wouldn't be the first time his mind has played tricks on him.
He felt sick, even after all they did to him, he almost found himself wishing that the colors would come back.
"Tch..." He scoffed and started to walk down the road towards whatever he saw earlier. He knew there'd be nothing there, but he couldn't help but look.
