The Eagle and the Mouse

There was once a very hungry eagle that was starving to death because all of the food was gone in winter. There was only one little mouse in the forest where she hunted. The little mouse had a very beautiful white skin that helped it camouflage with the snow. The little Mouse was very intelligent, and it always managed to escape from the hungry eagle. Everytime the eagle dropped from the skies in order to catch the white mouse, it hid itself in the snow, so the poor hungry eagle could never eat her.
Even though the eagle would never catch the mouse, she would never give up. She would always wait and wait until she saw the mouse, and dropped from the skies as fast as she could, but no matter how much she tried, she could never manage.
The eagle kept trying, but with time, she was hungrier and hungrier, and as she could never hunt anything, she was starting to get weak. Everytime she descended from the skies, she was slower. It was only getting easier and easier for the little white mouse to run away and hide.
However even though she was very very weak, the eagle wasn't giving up. She tried to catch the mouse one more time, so she flew up, and patiently waited to see the mouse. Suddenly, something moved the bushes in the forest. The eagle dropped on it as fast as she could, but her wing hit a very tall tree. She was so weak that this made her loose concentration, so she lost control over her flying. She started falling and hitting lots of trees until she crashed against the white snow. The eagle was hurt very badly, and the snow was so cold it was hurting her. She wasn't strong enough to get up, so she just laid there, waiting to die.
When her eyes where about to close, and her heart was about to stop beating, something moved close to her. She felt the need to stand up and try to catch it but she didn't have the strength to. A little very beautiful white mouse slowly came out of the bushes. It's white skin almost shined in contrast with the dark trees. It started getting closer and closer to the eagle, who wasn't moving at all.
The mouse curiously started walking around the eagle. Every round it did, it got a little closer.
It didn't seem to get bored of walking around, but the night was starting to fall. When the sun was already hiding behind the mountains, the little mouse was very tired so it decided to lay on the eagle.
The mouse's eyes closed, and it fell asleep.
The eagle, who had been watching everything, used the last of strength she had, to stand up.
She looked at the mouse who was silently sleeping.
When the mouse woke up and realized what was happening, it was to late, and the eagle finally had something to eat.
After this, she used this technique to hunt everytime, and she never suffered hunger ever again. She just laid on the ground and waited for her prays to come, and when they did, she attacked and it always worked, so the eagle lived a very happy life.

Everytime the eagle tried to catch the mouse, it run away, and she got even more tired, but the moment she stopped looking for it, the mouse found her, without even having to work.
