Chapter 2 [part 1]

I woke up to a loud noise coming from downstairs , i quickly jump up from my bed and i started tip toeing down the stairs. It sounded like someone was going through all the shelfs in the house trying to find something , i swung myself around the handrail still tip toeing I quietly go to the living room where i heard the noise. ''Is anyone there?'' I said
I felt my heart racing, no one answered, I could feel a cold breath on my left shoulder i quickly grabbed the nearest object to me and turned around to see that no one was there suddenly I heard the door slammed loudly.
*phone rings*
[lucy]
Hey Courtney sorry to be ringing so early but is there any chance i could stay over tonight i know I shouldn't be asking but i really need this I've been fighting with my dad and

[me]
Lucy of course you can say over and i need this too i think im getting paranoid

[lucy]
What you mean paranoid what happened

[me]
Well i woke up today to this loud noise coming from downstairs it seemed like someone was looking for something and couldn't find it i thought it was lexi but then remembered that she stayed over at her boyfriends yesterday so i went into the living room and asked if someone was there but no one answered so then i just looked around and felt this cold breath on my shoulder so i turned around really fast but no one was behind me and then i heard the front door slam shut.

[lucy]
Oh my god are you okay Courts ? Did you lock the door last night?

[me]
Ye i did , i locked it on two locks and i also locked my back door
[lucy]
So sorry courts but I've really got to go and get ready for school so ill see you in class and we will talk about this when we get together alright ?

[me]
Ye sure I've to get ready anyway too bye

Shortly after that I got ready, i decided to wear black jeans with a nice top that was white and my black superstars i put my hair up in a ponytail. When i walked outside the door i dropped my keys of course because im so clumsy i picked them up and i ran to the car as it was 8:30 and i was going to be late.
I started the car i threw my bag in the passenger seat next to me and i drove off trying not to go faster than the speed limit, throughout the whole drive I felt like someone was behind me i was turning into the car park at my school when i saw a man in a black hoodie and blue denim jeans standing on the other side of the street i kinda freaked out as it reminded me of what happened this morning i feel like I've seen that guy before.
I ran into the class and quickly sat beside lucy i looked around the class as i still felt like someone was there staring at me. '' Mr.Gibson may i go to the bathroom'', I gulped
''Just be quick Courtney i dont want you missing anything as you have a quiz next week'', he moaned

I got up and went out of the class i turned the corner to go into the bathroom and bumped into this tall boy with dirty blonde hair and his eyes were  grey. '' sorry miss i didnt see you there'', said a deep sexy voice
''No im sorry.. are you new here i haven't seen you her before'' i questioned
''Ye something like that I actually lived in this town when i was little but then moved to London and came back now.. oh god wait where are my manners at hahah im Jason Lockwood'' he giggled
'' I'm Courtney Davis '' i said while shaking his hand
After a very long chat we realised that it was the end of class and we laughed about it we ran into the class quickly grabbing my bag and leaving so that mr.gibson wont ask me questions on why i was so long in the bathroom.
''Hey do you mind if i walk you home?'' He wondered
''Ill really like that but I actual have my car in the parking lot so hey do you wanna ride ?'' I added
'' oh em no it's fine ill call my brother to pick me up i was going to meet him later anyway but i hope to see you again sometime Courtney'', he smirked
''Ye i hope to see you again aswell bye Jason'', i chuckled.

Hey everyone this is only the first part of chapter 2,
I know that the start of this book is really boring but
That's because Courtney doesn't know who the vampires
