Just so you know, the prompt for this story was created with the wonderful @Freya_Beth and we decided we would both write our own versions, developing it into two totally different books. So for anyone who's read her story and realises there are some names and concepts the same or similar in Bliss, or the other way around, don't worry about it.
And for those who haven't read her story yet, I'd definitely recommend it. It's called The City of a Thousand Fireflies and she's an amazingly talented author so you should go check it out.
