Students are transported to the Academy by large, decorative boats bearing both founding crests. Invisible to muggle eyes, a part of the Kanaloa palace protrudes through the ocean surface as an entrance to new and former members of the academy. Trips to the muggle world are encouraged as getaways during all weekend days and are aided with transportation and safety as they do so.

The Academy itself, in terms of exterior and interior designs, hold the same ancient decorations that were once spelled and created by Kanaloa herself. Hallways, classrooms, and the cafeteria, also known as the Common Area, all contain glass walls and ceilings that allow students and staff to view the ocean life they are built across, the stone beneath their feet reflecting a glossy silver. Although it is quite difficult to maintain the attention of those learning when a large octopus swims by during a Transfiguration lesson, the atmosphere the clear walls create is both joyful and astonishingly beautiful. Rooms that do not possess clear walls often hold stained glass or scenery paintings, the octopus and dragon symbols spotted all across the academy as expected.

Students of Kanalo are required to wear the expected uniform and abide all rules written by the founders themselves. The academy uniform consists of a white, button-up long sleeve, a navy blue jacket or vest, navy pants, skirts, or shorts, black shoes, the Kanaloa crest pin, and white socks. Long hair is often encouraged to be pulled back during duels or combat lessons to ensure clear focus, and jewelry is often recommended to be left for weekend trips with the dangers of snagging it upon another item frequently occurring.

Transfer students are accepted and allowed throughout all months of the school year without any form of hesitation or doubt. Alike the original founder, the head teacher Supreme Loran is a friendly, lively, and youthful witch who aids to all.

The Kanaloa Academy for Witchcraft and Wizardry welcomes all, and is certainly a school where students can learn, prosper, and excel.

PLEASE READ, VERY IMPORTANT:
i created everything about Kanaloa and its origin, students, lifestyle, and all other descriptions of the school besides its name and location on the Great Barrier Reef. if you are going to use this creation/school please make sure to credit me because it took me hours to come up with it and edit—it would be much appreciated!

also, another thing, i love and appreciate jk rowling but honestly there isn't going to be under ten magical schools across the globe. if i live in australia am i really gonna send my child all the way across the country or will i send them to a school right by their home??? like c'mon.

tbh i just realized i created all of this despite the fact that the main oc's are transferring to hogwarts and won't be at kanaloa for long lmao rip all my hard work

ok thanks for reading all this bye
