Elena and Eric

Chapter One

She awoke with Weariness, She slipped out of her warm bed. Elena made her way down to the kitchen, Her small feet padded on the hardwood floor. As she approached she heard her parents arguing, "Do you Even love me!" Spoke her mother. Her father remained silent, "Do you even love our daughter?" "Of course  I do, I love you and Elena." Elena's Mother started crying Profusely. " Then why did you cheat Matt!" "I don't know Gwen, I was drunk out of my mind. It was a office party." Even in Elena's nine year old mind she knew what her dad did was horrible. Elena gasped accidently drawing the attention to herself. "Elena sweetie, we thought you were still sleeping." "Sorry Mommy, Sorry Daddy." "It's okay sweetie, How about pancakes for breakfast!" She squealed in delight as she hugged her parents. That was Eight years ago. "Elena" her best friend called out. "Elena, Earth to Elena."  She came out of her blank stare. 'Huh?, Sorry Ric!"  "It's okay Rose, but where were you just now?"  "I was thinking about my parents nine years ago." Eric laughs, his laughter boomed down the hallway of his Luxury suburban home. "Wasn't that like when you were nine?" "Yes Eric, but everything was so much simpler  back then. I wasn't bullied by candace Evans and her dumb blonde posse." Elena said as she started picking a movie out of his collection. "Roza....look at me." "How about Rocky picture horror Show?" Elena said as she spun around to face him. Knowing she was avoiding the conversation, Eric walked up to her and brushed a strand of her bright strawberry blonde hair out of her face. " You shouldn't listen to candace or anybody else, I know at least some part of you knows." Elena backed up a little and put the movie in the DVD player. "Do you even know what they are saying about me?" Elena spoke exasperated. "No, I don' t pay attention to Rumors, And neither should you Rose."                                                      THREE HOURS LATER

"Hey, Ric do you remember the time when we were seven, And Marie put our favorite toys on the roof?"  Elena said laughing next to him. "Yes actually I do she locked us out onto your roof, Well up until she couldn't get the window unlocked and freaked out. Next thing we knew your parents are on the ground below us telling us not to move. While my parents tinkered with the window." Eric said while he laughed along with her. Elena started falling off his bed, So she naturally grabbed ahold of him. Eric fell on top of her. Their eyes met for longer than a few seconds, They were both trapped in each other's eyes. "Can you take me home?, It's almost my curfew." She said faster than usual.

"Thanks for tonight I needed to reminisce the good times, I love ya Ric." Eric smiled, "No problem Rose, we do this all the time anyways. What are best friends for,Love you too." She opened the door to her not so perfect "perfect" house. "Where in the hell were you!" Her father Matt Markens  boomed, his voice full of malice . "At Eric's house, we were watching a movie." Without any warning at all Mr. Markens  slapped her so hard she fell on the ground. He punched all over her body, he kicked and kicked at her stomach and ribs. She heard her Mother Gwen crying out for him to stop as Elena tried to scramble away. "Shut the hell up or your next.Go get me some beer." He ordered. Elena Ended up blacking out from the pain. She woke up in her bed. She stretched, and instantly regretted it she winced, lifted up her shirt, bruises littered her stomach her arms, her ribs. Her laptop pinged signaling a new Email. Elena gently moved off her I had babysat Nova the 12 I didn't have to mind you. Stacy and I went to take her back we waited down at the end of the driveway for 20 to 30 minutes, we told sam to wake him up before we got there she refused. we had Neveah in the car she was getting cold and hungry so we left Stacy didn't really have gas either. we went to the store to get Neveah and slyer food. well tommy had told them that we drove off when he was down there he wasn't down there we were looking so was Neveah. Then he tried to say Neveah Waved at him when I know for a fact she didn't because she was sitting on my lap changing the music in the car. well I became every name in the book and we were accused of lying and shit. I didn't have to watch her My birthday plans were to sit around watching lifetime movies. But hunter begged me to watch her so I didbed,                              Dear Elena Rose,

 I know it's been a few weeks  since we last poke. I'm sorry and I miss you! :) I'm gonna try to visit soon. XOXOXO

Elena whole heartedly laughed while hoping her best friend would come and visit, whom she hasn't seen in four years. Ironic enough they were all 13 when their best friend moved away.

Eric slides in his 2016 Midnight blue Camaro, One of the few perks of his Father being a Lawyer and his Mother being a real estate agent. His parents are pretty laid back but they can be a little strict. They just adore Elena. Eric honks his horn, Elena slips her black convers on and treads her way downstairs. She jumps "sHIT DAD, I though you were at work." she said in a shakily manner. while  backing up till the back of her shoes touched the bottom of the oak wood step. "Oh you would like that wouldn't you, you little bitch!' Her father screams at her. she desperately looks for her mom  to make him stop, but unfortunately for her she's already left for the day. Matt grabs her by the throat, And with most of his strength threw her. Elena yelled in pain, she still got to her feet and ran to the door. Walked to Eric, "Elena! you look like hell" She laughs, "Why thank you Eric, I totally meant to fall down my steps." Eric looks at her shocked "Holy fuck Elena are you okay?" Her heart was screaming at him to tell him everything about her dad,  About the boy she had to see everyday at school. Her mind was telling her shut up and don't tell a soul. "Yeah Ric ,I'm fine just a few aches." They arrive at school within fifteen minutes. They go their seperate way to get to their lockers. "I thought I smelled slut." then there were laughs all around her. Candace Evans and her posse, "I'm not a slut Candace, But if I ask every guy in this school they would call you a slut." Elena smarts back, "Oh please, Tyler told us everything. He said your a real freak in the sheets. You also used him." Elena had heard enough, she walked away. She accidentally ran into Tyler. "Hey where do you think your going sweet cheeks?" Tyler grabs her arm painfully tight and drags her to the janitors closet.
