When you lose someone it doesn't set in instantly, it slowly creeps into your mind, then your body, then your soul, and I believe it can even creep down to your blood, but I believe the main piece of you that it finds itself in is your heart. When the grief hits your heart it will rock you to your core, to the very foundation you stand on and that's when the you lose hope. When your eyes begin to sting as you start to cry. This is even worse when this is the person that you ate by, slept by, kissed, moved in together, laughed, cried, and fought with, the person you were most attached to is gone. That same person you could have saved if you'd only been a minute faster. This is where my story begins.
