Hey My Name Is Lauren Walker, I'm 20 Years Old, And I Live By Myself Because My Last Boyfriend Was Too Controlling. At This Point In My Life I Want To Just Give Up. My Workplace Is Filled With Men Who Think That Women Are Below Them In Every Aspect Of Life. Every Time There's A Meeting, My Ideas Are Never Taken Seriously. It's To The Point Where I Won't Even Get Invited To A Meeting. You Think That's Shitty Guess What, My Own Father Looks Down On Me. I Guess You Can Say I'm Daddy's Little Disappointment. My Life Has Always Been Over Thrown By Men. I Never Had A Proper Mother Figure In My Life Ever Since My Mother Died. When She Died That's When My Own Father Started To Look At Me Differently. He Always Told Me I Would Never Make It. That I Would Always Be A Man's Trash Never A Treasure. I Always Tried To Prove Him Different. I Would Always Try To Show Him And Open His Eyes To What A Woman Can Do. He Would Refuse To Accept The Fact That A Woman Can Do A Man's Job. After Legitimate Years Of Trying To Prove Myself I Gave Up. I Moved Out When I Was Only 16. It Didn't Take Me Long To Find A Place To Live Because I Already Had Money Saved To My Account. When I Got My Apartment I Was Proud Of Myself For Doing Something For Myself And Not For Someone Else's Approval. From That Point On I Was Always Hard Working. I Stopped Caring About What People Had Say. I Realized That This Is MY LIFE And I'm Going To Live It MY WAY. I'll Never Let A Thing Get Between What I Have Going In My Life. When I Say "Thing" I'm Talking About A Man. I Wouldn't Care If He's The Most Famous Man In The World, Nothing Will Change The Path I'm On.
