Kenzie POV
"Yeah we're just young, dumb, and broke but we still got love to give" Triple g and Hudson danced
"Would you two be quite for at least five minuets?" Babe inturpted the boys "I don't feel like slapping anyone just yet"
"Hater" They turned the music off
"Alright Game Shakers the captain says its time to set sail" Jackie clapped her hands with Bunny and Ruthless behind her
"Sup losers" Double G walks in out of nowhere
"Uh who invited the stranger?" Babe sassed
"I did because I thought it was selfish not to include him, and he better behave his self on this boat" Jackie said pointing at him
"Oh Jacklyn you know I always behave" Double G tried to kiss Jackie hand but she pulled it away
"Don't be a weird nut" She groaned "Anyways I want to congratulate the game shakers on their first nomination which happens to be the Teen Empowerment Awards"
"We're gonna steal the show" Babe exclaim resulting in us all cheering
Everyone went about their business enjoying the boat ride, Hudson was by his self looking up at the sky
"Kenzie go talk to him while he's alone" Babe does this weird thing with her eyebrows
"First stop that and second now is not a good time" Babe just gave me a serious look "I'll go" I slowly walk over to him
"What are you thinking about weirdo?" Instantly he smiled up at me as I sat across from him
"Nothing to really brag about" He sat up facing me, it was quiet for a while until he broke the silence "Have you relies that song 'Young dumb and broke' was made for us?"
"Yeah it actually sums up our whole lives minus the broke part"
"We did the most dumbest crap growing up like crash an after party, driveing real dirt bikes and four wheelers in a pool and even more"
"Most of those things consist of destroying Double G things" I shrugged "But nothing could top the time we had a pool party then rolling around in the mud then painting the neighborhood houses muddy"
"We got in so much trouble after that"
"We was such bad kids growing up" He shook his head
"Nope it was mainly you, Babe and Trip while I just watch on the sidelines laughing"
"We had some of the best moments together and I'm glad I get to spend them with you" Hudson smiled resulting in me blushing hard
"Aww thanks you know your the best friend I could ever ask for"
Um did I just friend zone Hudson?
"And you're the best friend I have too just like a little sister"
Did I just get friend zone by Hudson?
"Of course he friend zone you, you're nothing to him or anyone in this world, no wonder your parents never wanted you or Kira you two are worthless"
"Hey Kenz?" I looked at Hudson big blue eyes "You ok?"
"Um..." I looked everywhere but Hudson "Yeah its just my allergies, I'll be back"
"Ok?" He looked confused as I spotted Babe and I quickly carried her to the back area
Just the mention of my parents brought back some terrible memories
For the past 2 years my parents physically abused Kira and I for reasons I still don't know, it was everyday of torture by them and we just act like nothing happened when we were amongst others
"Kenz what's up?" Babe looked concerned "Did Hudson say something stupid? Do I need to kick his lil monkey ass?"
"No and language, If I tell you something you promise you won't freak out"
"It depends and plus I make no promises"
I'm not the one to show or deal with emotions but I can't help it at the moment
"I have this voice in my head that constantly brings me down for a almost a year" Babe just stared at me confused
Babe is the only one who knows about my parents but I never told a single soul about the voice that haunts me, that voice is like my parents who constantly criticise my every move
"I don't know what to say" Babe still stared at me
"I didn't expect you to say anything really, just me actually having the courage to tell you makes me feel better"
"Maybe that's it, if you talked about it more to others it might go away" I just stared at Babe nervous as she sighs "As in people who are close to you"
"Maybe" I said barely above whisper
"Well don't worry this voice will soon turn into a positivity, just you wait" Babe wrapped her arm around me and instantly we heard a loud splash
Babe and I walked back to the deck and we spotted Double G at the top of the boat while the rest of the boys are in the ocean
"Who's ready for me to break this world record?" Doub got on top of a speed boat
"You're just gonna let him do this?" I questioned Jackie who is just rubbing her temples
"Not my husband not my problem" Jackie groaned "Double G if you break something I'm not going to take you to the hospital this time"
"And imma just sit back and watch you cry like a baby" Babe and I sat on the
My head hurts from all these bad memories, this is gonna be a long weekend
