Nancy was running down the sidewalk in between the traffic of people she was late to work. Grant you she owns the business and can do that it's just that without her there things can get out of hand. She's never late to work it's just that she was at the library just a few blocks away studying.
Nancy had been studying all week for her exams but still felt like she wasn't ready. Which was an understatement this girls was top in all classes. She is top in the university at times she would correct the professor.
As Nancy made her way around the corner running she crashes into someone. She goes flying back landing on the ground dropping her bag. "I'm so sorry." She looks up then sighs seeing her stuff everywhere.
"It's okay it was my fault." The male replies handing Nancy her notebook. She looks over her hair blowing in the wind. She bows her head taking the book then stands up dusting herself off.
"Thank you and sorry again." She bows again then takes off running. The male looks down seeing her phone and a pair of ears and tail then picks it up. He turns to stop her but she was already gone. "Man I'm so late, I knew I should have just drove to the library."
The male looks at the phone pressing the lock button. "A La Mode Café, where's that?" He looks at the picture on the screen. He then looks around and starts heading in the direction Nancy went.
Nancy runs across the street running to the back of the café. She runs into the café kitchen and stops trying to catch her breath. Everyone looks at her stopping what they were doing. Nancy looks up and sighs and they just laugh getting back to work.
"You're late boss lady." Jane smiles walking over to her and Nancy shakes her head. "But better late than never." Nancy looks at her and smirks shaking her head as they step onto a small platform.
"I just got into studying and lost track of time." Nancy presses the button on the small platform and it starts moving up. They both hold unto the pole handing to the second floor of the café. Once they get to the second floor they step off the platform.
"Well you made it before the rush which is good." Jane smiles nodding her head. Jane was Nancy second in charge of the café. Nancy could always count on Jane for anything. "I'll bring the stuff you need up then keep helping them down there."
Nancy nods making a quick change into her work outfit of the month. This month theme was kitties. They would vote on a theme at the end of every month. Nancy didn't mind it was always fun to dress up.
Jane steps back on the platform going back down to the kitchen. After changing Nancy looks around the café smiling. Nancy looks around the café making sure everything was working. Nancy's café was different from others.
This café was three stories with the third story being where Nancy lives. The second story holds a second kitchen where Nancy works. It also has nice space with karaoke and a bar. The first story has a spot for kids to play then the other side to sit and eat.
"Hey Jane don't forget that box by the door." Nancy yells as she looks for her cat ears. She stop looking for her company phone. "Fuck where is that phone and my ears?" She sighs putting her stuff up and starts mixing the icing.
Seungcheol walks in walking over to the counter. "Oh is there someone name Nancy here?" He pulls his hat off. He looks around seeing everything. There was small food slides and girls and boys walking around with trays of sweets.
The café was designed like an amusement park for food. His jaw drops looking at everything and the girls behind the counter smiles. People around town called it the Willy Wonka café. It was very popular and know well around the world.
