Moving In

"Flight 23 A to California, ready for boarding"  the voice rang throughout the airport. 

Picking up my bags I pull out my ticket to board. Handing it over to the lady she smiles.

"well have a good flight darling" her name tag read Addison and she looked no older than 25. She seemed really friendly too. 

"thank you" i smile back walking into the plane.

"hey there doll mind telling me where you sit so i could show you where to be seated" an older lady about 40 said to me.

"um yes please thank you" i smiled

Walking over to my seat as Michelle told me where i was to be seated, I looked out the window of my seat and thought. 

Good bye mom and dad, my best friends  Ashton and Payton, good bye Miami, Good bye past life.

And i was off to sleep as we lifted off.

"Teagen dear we arrived" Michelle woke me up

"oh thank you" i smiled at her 

Reaching up to grab my bag i realized that i am living my own life, my new life. 

Walking down the little aisle of the plane i walk down the steps into the sunshine of California.

Hello LA i thought to myself as a smile creeped on my face. This actually might be fun.

Getting my suitcases i walk out of LAX where a taxi was waiting for me to drive me to my new apartment in LA.

"hello there miss cadwell" Ernie my fathers friend said 

"hey ernie hows the business" i smile as he starts to drive off

"good actually great and oh vic misses you so much doll" he says mentioning my childhood best friend

"oh i miss him so much too, hows nicole and vic" i ask questioning 

" the wife's good but um vic not so much" he says rubbing the back of his neck

"whats wrong ernie you got to tell me please" i beg, my eyes wide with horror

" he is in with the wrong crowd , hanging out w. the gangs around here" ernie says shaking his head

"wha- what gangs" i asked worried

"they arent even known , they just were made" he says 

"but whats the name" im eager to know

" the everlasts" he says quietly 

nodding my head as the car ride becomes a silent torment.

"thanks again ernie" i say handing him $15

"no baby girl keep the money youll need it " he says driving off

Climbing up the stairs to my  apartment i realize i forgot my bag in his car.

Running back down i open the door to find he is no longer there, guess ill just call him later.

Turning back around i bump into someone.

"im so sorry" i say looking up

"aye its all good girl so whats yo- Teagen" he says

Realizing its him i shout of joy "OH MY GOD VIC I MISSED YOU" i jump into his arms

"woah Teagen stop shouting yeah i missed you alot but you could get shot around here especially since your with me" he says then seeing my confused face he adds "oh um nevermind just get inside now would ya!" he pushes me through the building doors and up to my apartment.

"vic so a gang huh?" i ask sitting on my pre decorated living room couch.

"WHO THE FUCK TOLD YOU ? HUH? " he says grabbing my chin.

wincing from the pain made him see what he was doing. As he let go he calmed down a little. 

"sorry teagen its just-" i cut him off

"GET OUT!" now it was me who yelled " get out you monster, i dont want to see you till the old vic comes back not this demon" i say through gritted teeth

"Let me explain please" he begs 

"NO!, now please leave before i call the cops" i say bravely 

"oh darling  now we wouldnt want to do that" he says smirking 

"vic just leave your scaring me" i say shyly 

"good you should be scared, now next time dont raise your voice or youll have to deal with harry" he says getting up to leave 

"hahahah what kind of name is harry" i laugh 

" i wouldnt be laughing doll"

"well who is he" i wonder 

"ha, youll find out soon. he always knows whose new in his territory" he smiles leaving me in the mid darkness of my apartment.
