Stop everything for a second and read this. Read it carefully. That's right, there is a lesson to be learned in this chapter. If you're in a room with a friend/ friends, family or relatives then look around you. They stay by your side through thick and thin. True best friends wouldn't leave your side, only fake friends do that. Only fake friends would fake that they care and barely help. Real friends would force you to look after yourself just because they care. Family, they are always by your side. You need help? Go to them. They will share their wisdom with you. You are lucky to have them, you know?...

They may share their faults and goods (not possession). They are imperfect, unfinished but they are loved, people are grateful that they exist and life would be boring without them. Now, stop reading for a minute to think what they have ever done to/ for you. Don't take things for granted. You're lucky for everything you have. Some people don't even have the possessions you have. Some people don't even have food, clean water or clothing or shelter. So, don't take it for granted because you are lucky to have it. Some people don't even have family and go through foster care. They are miserable. Some people don't even have the luxury you take for granted daily. Not everyone can afford an IPad, phone or laptop.. So you're lucky.

You are also unique. You may be imperfect, unfinished in your own mind but you shape yourself. You take on challenges, no matter how hard they are, you face them. Has anyone ever told you, you are beautiful? Attractive? No? Well, today is the day because damn you are so goddamn beautiful.. Handsome, if you are a lad. You have so much to live for. So much to discover. So many to meet. Your smile brightens up people's day. Your personality is unique. Fuck... People may take you for granted but if you'd leave, their hearts would break because you are one of the many reasons that they take problems head on, remain alive and try to put a smile on your face. You are so worth it, going to the trouble for because in the end you are loved...

Don't forget that. You're worth their time, their care and their love because to them you mean the world. To them, if you were to die, they would blame themselves, feel guilt and cry. They would cry so goddamn much. A friend once asked me why I threatened him. I said "because I love you, I care for you and I won't sit here while you torture your body. Maybe I care too much since I always put my life on the line for you but I care for you and that's why I threatened you." There's more to that, my fellow readers. It's an indescribable emotion, protectiveness and possessiveness that your loved ones feel towards you. Think about it, you are not just torturing your body by not eating, drinking too much to the point of being retarded and having liver cancer, not drinking enough water to the point of kidney failure/ cancer or not sleeping enough to the point of being sleep deprived and passing out somewhere, which could lead to death. You are torturing your loved ones too and they would try to do anything to stop you from hurting and self harming, even if it means putting their life on the line for you because that is true caring. That's what it means to be cared for and loved and that's what you are... Loved and cared for. I know that death may seem peaceful, easy and that life is much harder. I know that you think "well I'll die at some point anyway so I don't care." But, have you ever thought that your time has not come yet? That there is a reason why you are still alive? That your loved ones are doing everything on their behalf to keep you alive and happy? It's because you haven't completely lived just yet. You are still needed by the highway we drive on called life. You are enough to make that certain someone happy for the rest of their life you know. Suicide my friends, doesn't matter in what form it comes in, is not the answer to solve your problems. It is not. So knock that thought out of your mind.

Alcohol...also not the answer to everything, sometimes it worsens the situation, like I said in the previous chapter. Also keep in mind, even if you feel like you can't forgive yourself for what you did, the person you did it to has probably already forgiven you, so it's best that you try and forgive yourself. If you don't forgive yourself, you'll become way too stressed and it could lead to heart problems. A heart attack at best. You'll end up getting depressed. I'll speak about depression and it's affect later in the book.
