Best Friends Forever?
Written to-My best friend in high school
It has been far too long,
And I miss your warm smile
I miss your crazy laugh.
We were unstoppable
You showed me the world,
It was ours for the taking
So then what happened?
What stupid problems,
Created our fights?
What broke us?
What tiny things,
Drove between us?
What happened to best friends forever?
This isn't the end we promised.
This is not how the story was written.
How did we end up here?
Where did we go wrong?
