The social out cast society

Chapter 1

What is friendship? Friendship in this story is the unlikely bonding of a group of people, people  that's involvement in each others lives would change their lives for ever.

POV - Hannah
Hannah sat all alone, her fingers ruffling through the over grown grass, she sat solemnly used to the alone time, it was meant to be a double PE day. Not in Hannah's mind. She had carefully planned out her excuse and now could spend the two hours the way she wanted, trying not to get her phone confiscated for listening to music. She moved her faded back pack, it had severed her from day 1 in year 7 to this over hot summers day I'm year 10. She took shade by a tree and gently ran her fingers through her hair covering the head phone she had just stuck in her ear. She turned the volume to its highest, the way all emo anthems should be played. Slowly she let out a satisfied sigh and rested her back on the oak tree she had made her base.

As she drifted away from reality, she watched the classes doing PE five or six different groups all doing different things, split into their social cliques doing their own things, the teachers had given up on getting them to wear the correct PE uniform let alone actually partake in the lesson. As Hannah sat secluded looking at the cliques she wondered if she was happy being such a social out cast. Early on she had decided she didn't trust anyone and that it would be easier to stay alone. PE always made her question this decision. It must be nice to have friends she thought, she let out a breath, just then teenagers by MCR played irony, she thought. The song ended and again Hannah felt the desperation of some comapny, She told herself off for  thinking like that. It was easier to be alone, it had worked. It was working. And besides, she reasoned with herself even if she wanted friends (and she totally didn't), she had a reputation and that reputation made it increasingly hard for people to make eye contact with her, let alone hold a conversation. At first she was as proud of her reputation, the quite mysterious girl that even the tough boys were intimidated by, but now, she was questioning that.
