I've been booked back to back all week. 😔 I get no break.

"Come on Mateo we gotta go to the bank" Ayo says

"I don't wanna gooo I never get any sleep" I sigh

"We have to come on" he says motioning to the car.

We get to the car and drive off. We're in the bank and I'm so tired. I get a text from Cleo

Cleo: my dad passed away his funeral will be on Saturday can you make it?

Mateo: nope I have three performances that day sorry

Cleo: oh okay it's not your fault

I really wish I could go, honestly.

I'm picking out where I'm going to have his funeral at. I'm gonna have it outside at a park. Once I pick it out I start making phone calls and telling them what happened.

I'm going to his job now. He's the boss but right now I'm talking to his boss

"Do you think you can take over your dads place?" She says

I think about it.

"Yes I'll do it" I say

"Okay you can come in tomorrow we'll be glad to have you" she says

I walk out of there. Looks like I'm back to where I started. I go over to Key's house.

"You know I don't know why I still live in that big house, it's just me" I said

"Yeah true you should move in with me" Key says

"Yeah I should" I say

"But I still need to introduce you to my family" he says

"Okay you going over there now?" I ask

"Yeah let's go" he helps me up and we go to his car. He drives us to his moms house. When we get in there I see his mom and I'm guessing his little sister.

"Hi you must be Key's girlfriend" Key's mom says holding out her arms for a hug.

I hug her. "You're a very beautiful girl" she says

"Thank you" I say

"Hi my name is Jaden" His little sister, Jaden says

"Hi how old are you?" I ask her

"I'm nine" she says

Jaden ran off somewhere and me Ley and his mom sat on the couch.

"You guys thirsty want anything?" His mom asks

"I'll just take some water" I say

"Keyshawn get her a water bottle" his mom tells him

He goes to the kitchen and comes back with a water bottle. I take a sip and put the cap back on.

"So how is you guys relationship?" His mom says adjusting the way she sits

"It's pretty good, I'm planning on moving in with him because I have a big house to myself" I say

"Oh so when do you wanna move in with him?" She says

"Probably next week" Key says

"Okay have you guys thought about Marriage?" His mom asks

"Yeah we have but we're gonna take it slow" I say

"Do you have a lot of family down here?" His mom questions

"No all of my family is in Detroit and the only person I had left was my dad who recently passed away" I say.

"Oh sorry to hear that." She says

"Yeah but I have a lot of friends" I said

"But mom it was nice seeing you we're gonna get going" Key says standing up I stand up also

"Okay nice meeting you Cleo bye guys" she says waving bye

We say our goodbyes and leave. Tomorrow we're going to a carnival.
