Prologue

I'm Lia Riggins and this is how I was forced to move back to the stinking Canada

}Three years ago{

"Lia, Sean..we're going back to Canada" my dad said as we eat

"How long" I asked but my mom and dad only looked at each other

"Mom remember I still have to practice swimming with my friends" I said breaking the unusual tense. Mom sighed said then continued

"Forever" she said. I dropped my fork and stopped eating

"B-but..why?" I asked forcing not to tremble

"Your grandma's......dead" dad said as tears form in my eyes

"When did she die.....WHEN!" I screamed

"Lia calm down" my dad said as Sean and mom looked at me with concerned looks

"MY GRANDMA'S DEAD AND YOUR TELLING ME TO CALM DOWN" I screamed again

"Young lady you NEVER shout in front of the table" my dad scolded me. I didn't listen and just went to my room and bang the door shut

I was sitting on the edge of my bed crying when Sean came into the room. He was only five so I didn't expect him to understand anything

"Sis why you cry?" He asked as he climb my bed

"I-it's nothing" I said brushing away my tears as Sean hug me

"Sis don't cry" he said looking at me. I smiled then hugged him trying not to let the tears fall down. My dad and mom came inside the room.

"Lia I understand why you don't want to come back but we have to" my dad said kneeling down so we where eye level

"When d-did s-she die?" I asked sobbing

"Yesterday" he said looking down

"Just please cooperate" my mom said sitting beside me

"Ok fine" I said but the truth is it's not fine

"Thanks princess" my dad said as he kissed me on the cheek

We arrived at Canada with exhausted bodies.

Ever since we stepped on the airport back in Calofornia I already knew that my life will turn upside down.

And let me tell you I WAS RIGHT!
