Chapter two

I woke up and look at my phone checking the time. Who needs a clock when you got a phone?. I turnt on the lamp that was on my night stand that was beside my bed. I grabbed my head feeling that my scarf came off in my sleep. I got out of bed looking my self in the mirror that hanged on my wall. Ugh, I was fat,my hair was all over the place and I'm so dark I can barely see myself. Maybe it's because my walls and my curtains are black also but I don't know. I put on some night shorts heading towards Shantel room door. I twisted the door knob... the door was lock. But why? We don't lock doors in here other then The snack room but that's something we agreed on, we said no locked doors even when boys are over. I banged on her door like she does mines even tho she could just come in cause it be unlocked. "It's-" I said cutting myself off looking at my bare wrist like I had on a watch." This o'clock in this morning, why you got the door locked" I said finishing my sentence as I banged on the door some more. "What?"she said opening the door in her boyfriends shirt he left from 4 weeks ago. "Well good morning to you too, rise in shine" I said walking in and seating on the bed. "Why are you up so early?" She said seating on the bed. " it's afternoon what you mean early?" I said laying back but jumping up real fast. "What?" Shantel asked as I stared at the spot that didn't feel like a mattress. "Girl it somebody in your bed" I said feeling the spot." Girl that's just bae, you know what happened last night" she said winking. I just stared at her trying to figure out what happened last night when I left them alone at 4am and went to sleep. "If he here then where jay?" I asked confused cause I don't remember shit from last night, wired right?. " girl i don't know, he left when you left" she said. "Oh shit" I said out loud remembering that he was in my bed.  I ran out her room not saying nothing. I didn't even tell her what I came to tell her. When I got back to my room jay was still sleep so I took the time to look at his notifications. I was discussed by what I saw. Girls where send him booty pics with the caption "good morning daddy". He ain't have to go home but he got to get the hell up out of here. " jay get up" I yelled with anger. I was mad cause he knows I like him and he's basically playing me in my face. I mean they probably just wants his money but me? I don't I can care less about his illegal drug money. "Good morning" he said smiling. I was beyond heated! Why he do this kinda stuff? I know he single and all but it's like he leading me on. Did he not really like dark/chocolate girls or do he just not like me? I think I should just focus on turning up for tonight. We watch movies till seven then we showered and got dressed. Shantels boyfriend rashad left cause she kicked him out. "No, bye shad" she said pushing him out the door. "So I can't get no good bye kiss?" He asked again. "No, we gone see each other in a hour or two" she said closing the door. She opened the door watching him leave. "So you really gone leave without giving me a kiss? Shad you ain't shit witcho ole  ugly ass" she said getting mad. After rashad left shantel grabbed her body wash and jumped in the shower as for Me , I had to wait till she finished so I stroll through Instagram, and played sub way surfers till she got out. When she was finished she knocked on the inside of the door letting me know she finna come out naked. "Bestie I'm coming out" she said opening the door and runing out the bathroom naked with water still dripping from her body. I couldn't help but laugh by the look on her face. I took my body wash in the bathroom seating it on the sink . I had to go to the kitchen cause I left my sponge on the kitchen table. Shantel was standing in front of the frigid with her hands on her chin figuring out what she want to eat or drink . "Bitch" I said trying not to laugh. I lowkey wanted to put her on snap chat so they can see what I gotta deal with but I would never do it. "What?" She said grabbing her bottle of apple juice and drinking it. "Where your clothes at?" I said laughing. I couldn't  help but to laugh cause that sounded like some shit I'll say lmao( laugh my ass off). She ran up the stairs and into her room getting dressed. "Close the door" I said  walking pass. "Bestie wait" she said causing me to bag up Until i was in front of her door. "You can't see me" she said doing the butterfly and tootsie roll dance. "Your retarded" I said causing us to both laugh. I walked  to the bathroom showering. When I got out I rubbed my body with lotion putting on my matching bra and pantie set. I put on my spaghetti strap skinny jump suit. " ouuuu you like thick, all the niggas gone want to dance with you" shantel said coming and stealing a romper. "You stealing my shit again" I said doing my hair . "Umm no, it's called borrowing, stealing is when you don't bring it back in a year" she said sticking her tongue out and shutting the door.  I continued to get ready for Sebastian's 18th birthday party. When we all was ready we road in the car with rashad and of course he brought his bestie jay. I had to seat in the back with him cause shantel bullied him out the passenger side. I didn't say A word the whole way there. When we was outside of the the build we seat in the car for a minute. " I hope we don't got to pay" shantel said. "Didn't say anything about paying on the flyer" I said looking at the back of the passenger seat." If we got to pay we just gone go get some food and watch movies" shantel said using her phone camera to put on lip gloss ( the car light was on). "Ight let's go" jay said looking out the window. " wait let's see if others paying" shantel said turning around looking out the back. We all turnt around watch people just walk in. "It don't look like it" I said still looking. " they probably already payed.... hold on there go more people that's just pulling up" she said. We watched as they just walked in. "They didn't pay either" I said looking at her. "Let's go in" said rashad. We all opened the doors at different times. " wait shut the door" shantel yelled before anybody could step foot out the car. Everybody shut the door and looked at her like why the fuck we had to shut the door. " we got to hop out like squad on the count of three " she said counting to three. The boys oppened the door on the count of one getting out and walking to the door."three" shantel yelled and we hopped out like we was finna fight a bitch. " y'all lame" shantel yelled at the boys. Me and jay hadn't talked since I kicked him out of the house this morning and I ain't planned on saying a word to him.just thinking about it was getting me heated all over again, I can't let this ruin my night tho cause I just came to have fun and to clear my mind of things. when we walked in it was packed in the front. It was a big circle and everybody in it was dancing and talking with friends. We went to the back where we saw friends from high school. " hey y'all" me and shantel said at the same time. " hey; wassup; waspoping" they replied. We all talked for two songs straight it was nothing I liked. While shantel and rashad danced together I sat and just made snap videos like always. " alayisa, let's dance" jay said walking my way. " no, I'm good" I said deleting the video just because you can hear his voice when he asked me that. I didn't want to dance with him, I'll rather read at this party then dance with him. Like really.  I was lowkey bored like I could of stayed home for this. I was strolling through Instagram till I heard Rihanna beat to sex with me. I got up fast and started dancing alone. Kaleb walked up to me making me stop. Boy was kaleb something serious, he was so fine man. You have to cool it lay, chill out girl, you gone ruin it for yourself before it even starts I throught in my head.
