Unknown's POV
Running. Running is all that I could do.
Run in every street or corner that I could find, hoping that they wouldn't find me.
I kept on running until I found a dark alley.
I hid myself behind the dumpster and waited.
THUMP. THUMP. THUMP.
Loud thumps could be heard.
I listened as the noises started to fade away.
As soon as the noises stopped, I carefully peeked from the dumpster to see any signs of my pursuers.
I lost them. I thought.
But as soon as I started to walk away from the alley, I felt something move.
I heard some ruffled noises inside a box that was placed inside the dumpster that I hid with.
I approached it slowly and placed my hand on top of the lid.
I opened it and I was shocked.
It was a half-dead infant.
I sighed. Another One?
The baby whimpered in fear as it sensed my presence.
I held it close to my chest for it to feel warmth.
"Shh.. It's okay young one. You're safe." I whispered into its ears.
It seemed to calm down and stayed still.
I must return it to the Holy Lands.
I nodded to myself and held the baby a bit tighter.
SWOOSH.
The noise of my wings exposing itself echoed through the alley.
"Hold on tight." I murmured.
My wings flapped once and I felt myself get launched into the atmosphere.
This will be a long flight.
(A couple of hours later)
I had finally arrived. The baby still in my arms.
I walked on the roads of heaven and watched as angels shoot me confused glances.
I just ignored them and continued to make my way through the crowded place.
I headed straight to the Almighty's.
I have no business here anyways.
I knocked politely and waited.
Her well-known assistant, Pearl, revealed herself through the door.
She smiled at me and welcomed me inside.
I saw Rose, The Almighty. Busy yet again with what seems to be paper work.
"Rose, It is I, Zircon, here to return another rejected soul." I said as I bowed.
I heard her sigh and turned away from her desk.
I watched as She look at the baby in my arms.
But something odd was going on, As soon as she laid eyes on the infant, her eyes widened.
She looked at me then back at the baby.
Her eyes sparkled a bit.
She cleared her throat and approached me.
She placed her hand on my shoulder.
"I want you to keep her as your own." Her heavenly voice echoed around the room.
I was surprised by her sudden order.
"What do you mean, Rose?" I said.
She sighed once again.
"I want you to train her, but also make sure she lives happily. A normal life on earth, and make her a fallen."
I now understood what she meant.
"Understood."
She nodded. "You may now go."
I nodded and left the Holy Lands immediately, Headed for earth.
Rose's POV
After Zircon left, I chuckled.
"The legend starts here."
