Steve is in the kitchen making pancakes Tony is in his lab a sleep because he couldn't sleep and worked in his lab and he was drunk again

Steve's pov

" Jarvise tell Tony to get up here for breakfast"
" Sorry Master Rogers but Tony is in his lab asleep will you like me to wake him"  "yes Jarvise wake Tony " he said to the computer AI " Tony why can't you sleep in are room and not get drunk" Steve said hunder his breath

Tony's pov

" Good morning honey" Tony said with a yawn " Good Jarvise woke you up" Steve said. " More like blow a air horn in my ear" Tony holding a bottle of whiskey he was about to pour in his cup until Steve grabbed it " no whiskey I told you to stop drinking so much" giving me a mad look in his eyes " butt I need it steve" with a whine " No you don't " Steve said flipping pancakes. " Pancakes smell great" Tony said drooling " Here you go" Steve handed me some pancakes with maple syrup and butter " Dig in '' Steve said smiling

Steve's pov

" Sorry to interrupt but the oscrop building is on fire and-" Jarvise interrupted "You two need to head there and rescue survivors in the fire" me and Tony looked and saw furry appear on a blue hologram.

" We are on are way furry" Steve said running to suit up " After breackfast" Tony holding his stomach
In hunger " Now Tony " now pulling his husband across the room to suit up

" Be careful cap" Tony said worried through com

Steve's pov

"Tony I'm going in one more time to check for survivors"  cap said through the come " ok be safe " Tony said sounding worried " I will honey " cap said before going in the in to the burning oscorp building

Quick note Peter is 4 years old and very smart for his age so you don't get confused or anything for about what to happen

Peters pov

Peter thinking I  just want to go home I wish me mommy and daddy never came here with anut may and uncle ben. " OW something​ bite meeting​ " seeing a spider crawl by " Hello is someone​ there the stranger said I started to cry " help, help,help" Peter said while crying " Keep calm I'm almost there" the stranger said " help help help" I said the I closed my eyes at the light the stranger had I began crying because I was saved.

Steve's pov

" Tony I got a survivor " " Where cap where the survivor at!! "  " Here " Steve said revealing​ a small boy " O my God " Tony said worried for the small child. "What's your name' Steve asked " m-my name is Peter- Peter Parker" peter said.  " Where's is your parents " Tony asked  " There- There" Peter started to cry, I held Peter closer to my chest not wanting to let go. "Cap will you hand Peter to the medical crew so they can check is he's hurt " Furry said I hand Peter to the medical crew and started to cry as Tony flew us home

Time skip they just found out that Peters other relatives are dead Peter is now a orphan

Steve's pov

" Tony " I  asked looking at my husband " Yes honey "  Tony said drinking coffee " I won't to adopt the boy I saved from the fire " looking at Tony " Ok Steve if this what you want " Tony said " it is Tony I want him to be are son".

" I'm so nervous what if he ask where mama and don't like us and he has superpowers"  Steve said  pacing around the lounge
" He won't mind and he will love us and we will train him to use his superpowers" Tony said calmly. " Your right Tony I'm over reacting" Steve said leaving to got to sheilds adoption​ center

Peters pov

" Your in luck Peter two nice people are adopting you and know you have powers " Furry said. My eyes grew wide and light up " who are they ? "
" Will know once you see them " Furry said .
" Hello" the man said nicely " Hi im-" " I know who you are captian American and iorn man and you want to adopt me with my powers . "  "We do " iorn man said " Where's mama ? " " It will just be me and Steve " "Ok " I said with a smile.
