I threw the knife she was holding across the room.There was silence but I could hear our hearts yelling , wanting this to end .You looked up , your eyes were filled with tears . "I have no one " she whispered ." I'll always be your best friend ", I whispered back.
I decided to face the world . The world in which my best friend no longer existed . I walked towards the kitchen , I was starving .My eyes peered around the room , looking for anything to take my mind off of her.I saw a knife . Her face appeared in my mind , cold and lifeless.The world made her fall, so she jumped ."Are you okay Vi ?" I heard a voice say . It was my sister ."Yeah, I'm fine ", I lied . I couldn't say what I wanted to say . That I wasn't there for my best friend .That I lied to myself when I said that you were okay .That I let this happened to her .
*Time skip*
I changed into a blue sweatshirt and some black jeans . Her face was still etched in my mind . I walked to school . I walked to my locker . On the way , I passed her's . I fell to ground , crying . I missed her .I missed my best friend . I missed Emma .
A/N So I hope you like this. It may have some triggers in it . Always remember that everything passes with time. Your sadness is only temporary. You are beautiful and there are people who would die inside if you did something to yourself . I may not know some of you but I know that you're special and the world may not see it but I do .
