She entered. An angelic white tinge enveloped the room. It didn't seem suffocating anymore. She could breathe. And breathed she did. The burden of life no longer weighing on her shoulders was the feeling of a broke boxer finally winning the million dollar round. But then again, he is living. There is no real victor here. He couldn't possibly be happy with that either. Thing is, no one is ever happy. Whether it be a king or a person with absolutely nothing in life. Greed can never be satisfied. But why greed? She was only ruminating about happiness. "I must investigate this place" she muttered followed by a gasp as she trailed off in the thought process. The latter stood there in Sixth Avenue waiting for her. Little did she know ... she would never come back. When you lose someone is when you realize their presence. The aura the stranger carried now was like no other. Raw arrogance, pride and confidence oozing out of her like rain off the clouds. But she still wasn't happy. But, she felt ...free. Free from the chains of life that shackled her from living. Free from the disappointments. The heartache. Or just free from life. She sauntered around the room. It seemed as if the room had no end. She knew exactly where she was. She could see the bulbous clouds with the gleaming disc of the sun protruding it's rays through the crevices of the cumuli. The crimson sky slowly inclining to hues of orange. The water from the ground all coalescing together to form a a cocktail-blue pond. She could see everything. And she stood, watching over the beauty she missed out while 'living'.

She felt uneasy. She'd started to feel a feeling never felt before all her life. She recalled it was something called..regret. She couldn't sink in the fact she'd begun to 'regret'. Was that a usual thing for the average human to do? She didn't like the feeling one bit. She regretted the fact of not having the full experience of life. She disregarded the feeling immediately. She was... beginning a new life? No. A new beginning she thought. And she was right. Only this time. It's just her, the white room, and the sky. And she'd never been more happier. Isolation from the outside world was her craving desire. And now she was never more grateful for having satiated the desire. The sound of a fluttering wing of a butterfly was heard from across the room. Was that a sign? The sound grew even more audible by the minute. It came close. It was the most beautiful thing she's ever seen. Wings like an angel, flapping it along with the velocity of life. She stared and glared at that little exquisite masterpiece.

The aroma of the room was that of rusty oak and fresh strawberries. However, suddenly her heart started pounding. The room was ever so silent she could hear it out loud. Suddenly, she felt unhappy. She drove herself crazy. Once she found happiness and fear sets in. This is not going to last. Don't savour it. You'll get used to it then you'll want to kill yourself. From being happy to unhappy and going through the same old cycle drove her insane. The voices in her head like an incessant alarm clock. She wanted to rip her head off. Life ended. But yet, she didn't. And she was unhappy again. She laughed, and laughed. She laughed like a maniac. Anger, hatred, and passionate disgust like three realms conjoined together to form a being. She ceaselessly laughed in sheer heartache. Woebegone, sorrowful she'd begun to be. The sound of a million papers tearing deafened the girl -she had ripped her hair off. She had given up. The immortal life she's pretending to live sickened her. And she could no longer die. No more death. The world she lived in right now with population one turned black. There was no night or day. But, it turned raven black. Black, just like her hair and heart. Just like her Heart. She couldn't stand herself anymore. She looked at the pond. Looked down, and saw something that evoked disgust, loathe and repulsive feelings. She saw her reflection. And with that, she threw a stone into it to destroy it. And, destroy she did.

P.S: Hey there! This is like a part two of my first published story. Not sure if it's as 'great' as the first one but hey, enjoy!
