=========================
Saturday. What a lovely day. The sun was warm and welcoming, the birds were desperately trying to get laid, and (Y/N) was sitting on her bed just thinking about life. Like any normal teenager, (Y/N) didn't really have much to worry about. Well, on a cosmic scale at least... All this tiny human was required to do was go to school, get a job, and live a decent life, simple right?
Wrong. Life for a human is hard. It's mind bendingly boring, and it always feels like you're never the one calling the shots. You're brought into this world without choice, you live a life of stress and hardship or else you get an even shittier life, and then you die not really having accomplished anything.
(Y/N) normally would be on her phone trying to repress these thoughts by reading fan fiction on an app called PattWad, but right now she was waiting for her phone to charge which left her brain open for mental attacks. As she lied there wondering about the universe, she noticed that it was odd that she was even up this early, she always just sleeps in...
Her thoughts were abruptly stopped by the sound of her mom's voice.
"(Y/N)" Her mom called, "could you please come d-d-downstairs?"
"OK." She called back, ignoring the strange stutter.
She checked her phone, 50%, good enough. She grabbed it and shoved it into her back pocket.
Making her way downstairs, (Y/N) continued to think of reasons why she was up so early. It was 8:00, and if she remembered correctly she went to bed at 5:00. How was she running on 3 hours of sleep? She wasn't an insomniac for sure, most of the times on weekends she would sleep for a solid 11 hours. But she felt so refreshed! It was as if she had slept for 10 hours instead of a measly 3.
When she finally got downstairs, (Y/N) was greeted by her mom and dad standing in the middle of the kitchen, just staring at her.
"(Y/N), so g-g-glad you could j-j-join us!" Her dad said twitching his head a bit. (Y/N) furrowed her brows at her parents, suddenly realizing that her mom had done the same thing earlier.
"Woah, dad, you ok? You seem a bit off..."
"I'm fine swe-swe-sweetie! I'm just so ho-ho-honored to be graced with y-y-your presence!"
Ok, something is definitely wrong.
(Y/N) glanced over at her mom who, to her discomfort, was just smiling at her unsettlingly.
"(Y/N), we just w-w-wanted you to know that we are very g-g-grateful to have you as a daughter. And since you are so k-k-kind, we wanted to know if you could tell u-u-us something." Her mom was twitching as well.
"Like what...?" The teenager said as she slowly started to back away.
"Well," Her father said stepping toward her, "like the l-l-launch codes to the q-q-quantum reactor!"
At this point (Y/N) got really scared, she didn't know how to react, or even what to say! Why would her parents ask her this? And what the fuck was a quantum reactor?!
"Wh-wha?" Was the only thing she could could get out as her parents continued to approach her, causing her to back away at a faster pace.
"Come on (Y/N), we kn-kn-know you go to school with Morty S-S-Sanchez, someone told us that he told you the c-c-codes!" Her mom said through gritted teeth.
"If you won't t-t-tell us willingly, then we'll just have t-t-to make you!" Her dad said as he lunged at her. (Y/N) screamed as she jumped out of the way, narrowly evading the attack, and made a mad dash for the front door, her parents in hot pursuit. She almost ran straight into the wooden frame as she tried helplessly to get it open.
But it was locked.
(Y/N) turned around just in time to feel a sharp stinging pain in her neck as everything faded to black.

When she regained conciseness, she immediately bolted up. She soon regretted it as all the blood drained from her head making it feel as if she was shifting into another dimension. Trying to piece together what just happened, her eyes wandered around the strange and foreign place.
Expecting to be in a shady warehouse of some kind, (Y/N) was surprised to see that she was in a room with lots of control panels covered with buttons, switches, and the occasional flashing lights. She reached out to grab the bars of whatever holding cell she was in, only to feel a sudden jolt of electricity course through her body. She shot back in surprise soon realizing that the bars themselves where made of some sort of blue energy.
Before she could wrap her brain around it, there was a sudden slam of a door being forcefully opened. In stepped her "parents" followed by the most horrific creatures she had ever seen.
"Good, she's awake." Said one of the creatures. It looked like some sort of giant bug, as if a fly and a misquote had a big green love child with big red eyes.
"W-Where am I?" She asked the bug, trying not to let her voice falter.
"That doesn't concern you."
"What are you?"
"A Gromflomite."
"Wh-What's that?"
"Oh for god's sake- IM AN ALIEN!" The Gromflomite shouted. (Y/N) sat quite for a second, then breathed a heavy sigh of relief.
"Hoooo shit! AHAHAHA! Fuuuck, holy shit THANK GOD!" She laughed, everyone looked at her in confusion.
"Why are you LAUGHING?!" The Gromflomite yelled.
"Because," She continued to laugh, "I thought you were monsters, thank God you're just aliens!"
"Why is this news reliving to you?" It glared at her.
(Y/N) calmed down a bit, but still smiling, she looked the alien straight in the eyes.
"I may not know what the fuck is going on here, but you're right, I do go to school with Morty Smith, not Sanchez, that's his Grandfather. And I may not have whatever codes you want, but I do have a set of numbers that are very important." She was beaming now.
"And w-w-what is that?" Her mom asked.
"His sister's phone number." She raised her hand revealing the concealed phone that she had all this time.
