Romano opened the door to the room and instantly wished he hadn't.
Blood splattered against the light pink walls an dyed the carpets red. Blood was all over the room and Spain lay in the middle his eyes slightly open and his breaths slow Romano ran over to him.
"Spain!" Romano gently lifted Spain into his lap and Spain gave a small wimper of pain, it was better than nothing. "stay awake okay? We're getting out of here" Carefully he lifted Spain onto his back, when there was no noise he waited to feel Spains breathing. It was there but barely. "hey! I said to stay awake!" he jumped up slightly and Spain moaned in pain.
Spain could hear Romano talking saying something about him staying awake but it was hard to tell. He wasnt completly sure what was going on around him but he knew it hurt. With every breath he took pain shot through his body. Slowly he began to stop breathing and let his eyes close.
"R-roma" he whispered weakly "I-I love you" His eyes closed and his breathing stoped.
"Spain!?" Romano yelled tears rolling down his face "no.... not you too"
