Life is a book 💞

Life is a book
And we are it's author
Sometimes it is a thrill
Sometimes it is romantic
Sometimes it is a mystery
Sometimes it is a mix of all
It is us, who decides the plot

It starts with the birth of the writer
Peaceful and calm
Protected in the arms of our parents
Unaware of the journey ahead

No one know how many chapters they'll write
But their pens never stop but write

There are moments when our
Eyes are drowned
By the tears of our heart

There are moments when we are so happy
That these words cannot express

There are chapters
We write for someone special

There are chapters
We wish we would have never written

Sometimes we find new characters
But sometimes we lost the old ones

Sometimes we don't feel like writing
And gets fed up with our own book

Sometimes our plot goes off the track
And ends up to a new chapter

But we keep on writing

And suddenly our hands tremble
As we write the  climax
Of our own book

And a day comes
When  we put full stop to our story

There might be some people
Who will remember this book of yours
There might even be some people
On whose shelf your book will be placed
With dust on it's top

And that is how the book is closed
As we drop our pens
And close our eyes
