"We?" Jacob asked looking at her like she was crazy. "Oh no, you're staying home."
"No I'm not," she growled. "I already consulted it with my doctor, Jacob. I just can't have any drinks and I'm fine with that."
"You never listen to what I say."
"Because it's not important."
"Stop arguing!" Chresanto exclaimed. "Shit, y'all niggas annoying."
"Shit your pointy ass head up. Jerry curl ass looking ass nigga."
I laughed. "You gonna let him get you like that, Chres?"
"Man, forget Jacob." Chresanto said, rolling his eyes.
I laughed and kissed him on his cheek. "Don't be such a big baby."
Shortly, we were all packing our bags into my dad's large van. He was so excited that we came. He acts like Darshay, November, and Carina are his children and Daniel, Craig, and Chresanto as his sons too. By time we get out this car, Lola, Tre, and Aniya are gonna be his kids too.
"I missed you so much, papalieto!" I exclaimed, hugging him tightly.
"I missed you more, mi amor. How is California?"
"It's good, it's really good. I wish you would come visit more often."
"Me too, but it's so hard to get out of stupid Mexico and into America."
"I understand, so your place or beach house?"
"I know you guys are tired and it's only two pm. It takes approximately thirty minutes from the beach house to my house. I'll pick y'all up around let's say, six?"
"Sounds good, papalieto."
Everyone hopped into the car and either quietly stared out the window, played on their phones, or slept. Knowing me, I comfortably adjusted my head on Chresanto's shoulder and fell asleep.
"Wake up, niños!" My dad yelled.
I kissed my teeth and got out the car. The house was beautiful on the outside. The beach was no more than a five minute walk away from the house. It was a huge house; bigger than my house. I grabbed the couple of suitcases that I brought along and pulled them up the driveway.
On the inside, THIS SHIT WAS POPPING! The living room was big, all the rooms were big, and the kitchen... Man, love at first sight. All the cabinets and the refrigerator was stocked up. My dad did wonderful this time. There was even a game room in the house! This was the shit.
"Now, I trust all of you guys in this house. You're adults so act like adults while your here. Have fun, niños. Be ready by six."
"Bye!" Everyone yelled.
"How many rooms are there?" I asked.
"Five." Jacob responded.
"So everyone two to a room I guess... and Darshay and Jacob get there own rooms?"
"N-"
"Yeah, that's fine, Brielle." Darshay said.
"C'mon, roommate." I said, pulling Chresanto's arm.
"I don't want to room with you!"
"You have no choice. the fuck, boy."
"You move too much while you're sleeping."
"Too bad," I opened the first door on the right, the light blue room. The windows gave me the perfect view of the beach. "This room is cute."
"I agree." Chresanto said, jumping on the bed.
