When I first posted Owain's Silly Rhymes, in early 2013, the reaction from my wattpad friends was amazing, with many of them joining in, and even taking sides!
This culminated with a collaboration between myself and Knightwriter on one particular rhyme, Old King Cole. Knightwriter took the part of Queen Alice, while I wrote King Cole's part.
We have jointly agreed that I should republish this for your enjoyment, however, if you do not enjoy it, it fits nicely in front of that picture of your Mother-in-Law on the piano.
I should warn those of you who might be tempted to take sides, royalty has a clear hierarchy, with me at the top! I may grant royal favours to loyal subjects, but I also take a dim view of treason!!
