"Alexa you can go back home now, you don't have any broken bones, your totally fine, you were just shocked about what happened, this young boy is very brave, I'll give you this as a reward." He handed a Nike baseball cap to me.
"Oh Thanks alot!" I replied with a big smile
"You saved a life today, good luck!" He siad waving at us.
I walked with Alexa and held her hand.
"Thank you Jacob" she said once again
I just smiled this time.
"Where is your house?" I asked Alexa
"Oh, on Pivelmire Road, know where that is?" She asked
"Kind of" i replied
"Ok i'll lead" she said
It was almost night time, we walked through empty roads with nobody walking past.
It was quiet, our steps broke the silence.
"Bye Alexa! See ya tomorrow." I stated
"Bye! Thank you again!" She smiled

*Sighs and shuts door*
When i shut the door i turned around and leaned on it.
I saw my mom sitting on the sofa of the living room. She looked at me suddenly.
"ALEXA!" She called out and ran over to me
She hugged me tight
"Are you okay?!"
"Yes mom. This new boy called Jacob saved me" I smiled to my mom
"Really?!" She gasped
"Yeah, if he wasn't there i would have injured myself or even died" I giggled
"Don't say that honey! This boy was so brave! Is he new?" Mom asked
"Yeah, it was his first day at school, a terrible day." My smile falls out of my cheeks
"Oh... hope he's okay" She said as she walked over to the kitchen
I put on my Pyjamas and checked my phone
"OH SHOOT! I FORGOT TO ASK FOR HIS NUMBER!" I thought to myself
"Ugh i better do that tomorrow"
I slipped under my blanket and went to sleep.
