ACT I
SCENE I
(Leo, Pisces, and Capricorn are building houses)
CAPRICORN: (Is building their house out of bricks and cement) Leo, are you seriously building your house out of straw?
PISCES: (Momentarily stops working to turn to Capricorn, sighing) May as well just let them, Capricorn. There's absolutely no way to convince them not to.
CAPRICORN: (Sighs, rolling their eyes) Fine, fine. But you can't blame me when their entire house blows away.
LEO: Oh please, I'm too fabulous for anything bad to happen to me!
(Both Pisces and Capricorn roll their eyes)
PISCES: Yeah, totally.
LEO: (Finishes and lazily makes sure nothing is falling over) Plus, I'm already done building.
(Pisces and Capricorn finish shortly after Leo)
PISCES: (Yawning) Well, the sun is setting, so I think it's time to sleep now. G'night.
LEO AND CAPRICORN: Night!
(All enter their separate houses)
SCENE II
(Leo, Pisces, and Capricorn are asleep)
(Leo is awoken by a knock on their door)
LEO: (Sleepily) Uh, hello? Who is it?
(Leo walks up to their door, looking through the peep hole)
ARIES: (Evilly chuckling) Just an old friend, Leo.
(Leo stumbles back, frightened)
LEO: W-what are you doing here?! Get away!
ARIES: (Cruelly smiling) I'm afraid I can't do that. Open the door, cub, before I do it myself.
LEO: Not by the hair on my fabulous head!
ARIES: Alright then, I'll just bring your house to the ground!
(Leo runs through the wall of their straw house just as Aries knocks the whole thing down)
(Aries turns to Leo, who is running to Pisces' house)
LEO: Pisces! Open this door!
(Aries charges toward Leo just as Leo disappears into the house)
PISCES: Leo, what the heck?! It's literally the middle of the night and you decide to wake me up! What happened?!
LEO: (Looking fearful) I-it's Aries! They've found us!
(Pisces' eyes widen as the whole house shakes)
ARIES: Pisces, Leo, I know you're in there! How about opening that door, hm?
(Pisces leads Leo to the back door)
PISCES: (Frantically searching for the doorknob) P-please, Aries, please leave us alone!
ARIES: (Is still ramming into the wall with their shoulder, making the entire house shake) Fine then, if you won't open the door, I'll just have to open it myself!
(Pisces and Leo escape the house running to Capricorn's, frantically knocking on their door)
(As soon as the door opens, Pisces and Leo dash inside, just as Pisces' house tumbles to the ground)
CAPRICORN: (Turning to Pisces and Leo) WHAT. THE. HECK. WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!
(Pisces and Leo cower, Capricorn takes a deep breath, mumbling a little to themself)
CAPRICORN: Ok, ok. I expect you both to have a very good explanation as to why you are barging into my house at... two o'clock in the morning?!
(Leo is still trying to calm themself down)
PISCES: (Talking very quickly and worriedly) I know you're mad, but it-it's Aries! They-they're back!
(The trio fall silent as a knock is heard at the front door)
ARIES: Capricorn~ Open the door~!
(Pisces clings to Leo's arm, fear apparent in their eyes)
CAPRICORN: (Looking angry and betrayed) Aries. Why are you here.
ARIES: (Looking for a way to get in the house) What? Can I not visit my friends?
(Capricorn starts searching for something near the door, stalling Aries)
CAPRICORN: (Voice steely and laced with venom) We are not friends, never again.
(Capricorn stops searching, finding what they were looking for)
ARIES: Oh, don't be like that, kid.
(Capricorn motions for PIsces and Leo to hide, Capricorn preparing to fling open the door)
(Aries shoves the door open, pausing to stare wide-eyed at what was pointed at their head)
CAPRICORN: One last chance, Aries. One step closer and I will make you fly across the country.
ARIES: (Steps back, a mischievous glint in their eyes) Fine. You win.
(Aries suddenly charges forward, only to be hit backwards with the force of the electrical charge blaster)
NARRATOR: And they never saw Aries again, living happily ever after!
THE END
(A/N: I had to do this for an assignment and this is what happened... Lol oh well. Word count: 637)
