prologue

I cannot believe I am going through with it. I waited until around ten when he slept. Waking up sore I packed some clothes and the money I had saved and sneaked out through the window. When my feet touched the ground, I let out a sigh then ran to the near bus station and boarded one that was far away from here.
When it began to move, I let out breath I did not know I was holding. Good bye old life, welcome new life. I decided once I arrived my destination, I would change everything about me. No one is gonna miss me since I had no friends and no one cared for me. I really hope he won't catch me since I don't know if I can go through the pain any more. Sleep seemed the better option to get rid of my boredom.
I woke up with the announcement of my destination. I took my bag and alighted the bus. I looked around at my new home and it was the perfect spot to hide. This place Woodland, as the name States is mostly a forest but also has houses, shops and anything a town requires. Tomorrow I will explore and know the place better. I took out one of my mum's letters to me and looked up the address.
To my surprise, the place I would live was two times bigger than where I used to live. I took out the keys and opened the door. Well here comes a new beggining.
