How To Fall Asleep Faster!

Having trouble falling asleep?
-
Turn off all electronics at least half an hour before 10:00. Set a timer at 9:30 (or earlier) so it doesn't affect your sleep!

Remove all electronic devices from your bedroom. The text messages and notifications will keep you awake and the presence of it so close while you're sleeping is bad for your health, too.

Don't drink coffee or any caffeine of any sort (including chocolate) after 6:00! This is pretty self explanatory.

Clear out all your thoughts before bed. Convince yourself that you problems are going to be solved tomorrow!

Take deep breaths and relax every inch of your body. Focus on your breathing. In, out, in out. -
