Keith was at his house hanging with his girlfriend of 6 months, Anika. They were having a chill day, just watching movies. About, 30 minutes into the movie he gets a text. He instantly smiles seeing the contact name.

When he finishes texting Y/n, he focuses his attention back on the tv screen. Out the corner of his eye, he sees Anika staring at him.
" What's wrong witchu' ? ", he asked her.
"Who were you texting?", she asked.
"Y/n", he replied.
"Oh", she said and you could just hear the bitterness in her voice.
She had crocodile tears just waiting to spill over.
Keith Pov
Here she go again. I just know bout to start something, she always does. To be honest I don't know why she got a problem with Y/n. Y/n is real cool as long as you don't cross her. Anika was cool at first, but now she really starting to aggravate me. She is always being overdramatic. This girl hella insecure and that sh*t is not attractive.
" Why does everything always have to be about her? You barely pay me any attention!", she yelled.
Then she got the nerve to start hitting on my chest.
"First of all Imma need you to chill with all that!", I say as I grab her hands. She really don't realize how crazy she look right now.
"Second, I been spending all my time with you lately and paying yo ass more than enough attention", I said.
"It's been a minute since I spent some time with my best friend and you wanna be all in my ear with your ungrateful ass. Nothing's ever enough for you", I said.
No One's Pov
Anika was really getting on Keith's nerves. He felt that he had finally had enough of her nagging. He built up the courage to free her.
"You know what?", he paused, "I'm not 'bout to keep doing this with you, It's over", he said.
"But Kei- ...", she started to say before getting cut off.
" I meant what I said", he told her with his jaw clenched.
With that being said, she grabbed her jacket and purse and she left.
He blew out a puff of air and sighed, while laying on the couch.
