"Lilith, can you please tell Daddy to bring out the cake for Kuya?" I smiled at my daughter. Nginitian niya rin ako at tahimik na sumunod sa utos ko. Maya-maya pa ay kasama na niya ang Daddy niya pabalik na may hawak na cake. It's Red's birthday. We celebrate it every year kahit sa screen lang kami nagkikita tuwing birthday niya.
"Here, M'mmy." She murmured softly. My daughter grew up shy and soft. She barely talks but she expresses herself well with actions. She just quietly sits at the corner while watching people around her.
"Lilith, what did you get Onii-chan this time?" Tanong ni Neien habang hinahaplos ang buhok ng anak naming babae. Lilith smiled mischievously and put her hands on her mouth.
"You can't tell Mommy and Daddy?" I asked her. Umiling lang siya habang humahagikhik.
"Surprise."Sagot niya.
