Wrath of the Dragons (Pokemon Cynthia x Male Reader)

Chapter 1: Nuvema Town

(Y/N)'s POV:

Intercom: "We will be arriving in Nuvema Town in 10 minutes."

I look out the window to my left and see only the water passing by, the flocks of wingulls that dotted the sky. I look to my right and see Emilia leaning on my shoulder, sleeping soundly. She was kinda cute, when she was quiet. I flick her nose, causing her to wake up.

(Y/N): "Morning sleepy head."

Emilia: "Are we almost there?" She asks me tiredly as she stretches

(Y/N): "Yeah. It's been along time."

Emilia: "But it sure was fun though. We got to see so many parts of the world. Ironically we haven't really explored Unova yet."

(Y/N): "Well, this will just be our newest adventure, but I couldn't of done it without you. You made the trip so much better." I say, causing Emilia to blush and look away.

Emilia (Blushing): "Wha-what are y-you saying? I d-didn't do m-much, besides all I did was get in the way."

(Y/N): "That's not true. Sure I had to save you a bunch, but we both grew together."

Emilia (Blushing): "Y-yeah . . . I guess you're right." she says, looking down at our feet. I then look outside again and see that we were beginning our descent. Since we were on a commercial hydroplane, we could land in the water. The plane landed at the dock which was just a short walk from the town. The plane then comes to a stop, signalling that we had arrived.

Emilia and I get up from our seats and take our bags off of the plane. Once we get off, along with other people, we are greeted by the calming sight of grass and trees. I look around and people are starting to take the path towards the town, but a blonde haired girl in black clothing catches my eye. She seemed to be lost or looking for someone.

(Y/N): "Hey Emilia, I think that girl might be lost. I'm gonna go ask if she needs any help."

Emilia: "Alright, I'll come with you." We walk over, and I tap her shoulder getting her attention.

(Y/N): "Uh sorry, I just couldn't help but notice you seemed lost."

(???): "O-oh no . . . I am just looking for someone." She says as she continues to look around

(Y/N): "I'm from around here, so I might know who."

(???): "Well . . . I guess it wouldn't hurt. I'm looking for Professor Juniper."

Emilia: "Oh we are going to her right now. You can come along if you want."

(???): "That sounds good."

(Y/N) : "It's settled then. Follow me uh . . ." I begin to blank not knowing her name

Cynthia: "It's Cynthia."

(Y/N) : "Cynthia. That's a nice name you have."

We begin walking to the direction of the lab. I decide to make some small talk with Cynthia.

(Y/N) : "Is this your first time in Unova?"

Cynthia: "Yes, I had met the professor when she had traveled to the Sinnoh region."

(Y/N) : "Oh you live in the Sinnoh region? I love it there. Half of my pokemon team is from there." When I mentioned pokemon, her interest seemed to peak.

Cynthia: "So you're a trainer."

(Y/N) : "Emilia and I are. In fact, we've been traveling to different regions within these last two years." I look over to Emilia and it seems that she was thinking.
