Alright, so I was searching around the depths of YouTube watching concert videos and one pops up by the name of 'black veil brides manager decides everything for them in Moscow' and of course I watched it and all it did was paint Yanni (there security guy) as a piece of shit for doing his job and making sure the band's safe.
I've noticed this a lot, this thing of treating bands crews like shit. I defended Yanni saying that it's his job to keep the band, himself, the rest of the crew and the fans safe and if he's all nice about it no ones going to listen to him. Of course I got shitted on by a bunch of kids who think that the band owes them everything and their crew should wait on their every need.
I respect the crew the same, if not more than the band. They're keeping everyone safe, selling merch, doing the lighting, piro and basically keeping the show running and it pisses me off when I see people treat them like crap.
The stress that they have to go through every day is crazy and they get little to none recognition.
I would not be able to that.
Another thing that really annoys me is when people crowd around band members when they're at an airport or someplace else and then get angry if they're not 100% over the moon to be swarmed by screaming people after they've got off a long flight and are tired and hungry and want a shower. The older the people in the video I see the more I cringe. Leave them the fuck alone and let them go home or to a hotel and if they obviously look like they're in a bad mood, are tired or look irritated let them go, they're human as well.
And thank their crew, yes Yanni looks intimidating as FUCK like look at him 🔽🔽🔽🔽🔽🔽🔽🔽🔽🔽🔽🔽🔽

But he's actually really nice and chill. I've always had a huge respect for security because if (god forbid) anything happens they have to put themselves in the front and make sure everyone else is safe. That and the fact that it seems like a pretty good idea to not piss off a person who has muscles the size of a small watermelon.
