Eyes filled with lies,
And a poisoned tongue to match.
Reality never fit her well.
Time flew by and I came to a realization; those
Brown eyes of hers could never be forgotten.
Raindrops fall on her shoulders,
Every drop soaking her skin.
Although I won't forget her, I can move on
Knowing that another pair of brown eyes will gaze lovingly at me.
