After the movie, we went to a pizza house. Of course requested by me. Ako lang matakaw sa pizza! Bale kami pala ni Kevin and fortunately, nahawa lang siya sa trip kong mag American diet. LOL!

“So, what do you guys want?” Tanong ni Kevin.

“Ikaw magbabayad?” Sabi ko nang nakangise.

“Mukha mo magbabayad.” Sabi niya sa akin.

Yumuko ako at nag sad face. He pinched my cheek.

“OA! Ampanget mo Ana. Magtigil ka nga.” Sabi niya sa akin.

“FINE!” Sabi ko at itinaas ang menu just to cover my face.

“Oh, ano na order mo?” Tanong ko kay Alex na kanina pa silent. Anyare sa lalakeng to?

“Ahh? Babe? Okay ka lang?” I asked him. He shook his head.

“Ehh, pakipot ka pa eh. Anyare nga?” Nagpapasweet kong tanong sa kanya. He shook his head again.

“Eiiish! Bahala ka nga!” Sabi ko at tumingin na ulit sa menu.

“Bruha? Ano na order mo?” Tanong ni Kevin sa akin.

Tinaasan ko siya ng kilay. Anong bruha? Sa ganda kong toh? Bruha? Sure ba siya?

“Excuse me, but are you referring to me?” Maarteng tanong ko.

“Ahh hindi, hindi. Baka siya?” Sabi niya turo sa kung saang ewan. Binelatan ko lang siya. Badtrip eh.

“Hoy! Ana Maria Suzette Rivera, ano na order niyo??” Tanong niya sa akin.

“Oh, so you were asking me. Well, isang Hawaiian Pizza overload lang then Iced Tea, dalawa.” I told him. The waiter jots them down.

“Excuse me lang ha?” Sabi ko and stood up.

I went to the comfort room to unwind and fix myself. Unwind for me is, look at the mirror for five minutes, wash your hands 10 times and finally, fix yourself, look good and smile.

Matagal tagal din ako sa CR kaya naman dinner was served na sa pagbalik ko.

“Finally, you’re back.” Kevin announced as if ako may dala ng Pizza.

“You guys waited? Wow hah, nakakatouch.” I told them smiling. Kasi nga diba, nakapag’uwind na ako.

“Let’s eat.” He announced, and we did.

All through the course, we had random conversations. “Where did we meet.”, “How are we?”, “Future plans.”, “Latest happenings in life.”, and all that churva chuchu na mga tanong.

Alex is not the ‘tao’ kind of person. I mean, kung di niya kilala ang isang tao, he wouldn’t mind. But if he do, of course he’d give a damn.

Cindy on the other hand is mahinhin, sweet, charming and shy. Siya na ang Maria Clara ng panahon natin ngayon. All hail!

“Hey, where do you guys wanna go?” Kevin asked us after we ate.

I widened my eyes and looked at the 3 of them pero it ended up na nag eye to eye kami at nagmumukhang tarsier sa mga mata namin.

“Ahh, why don’t we go home? Call it a day perhaps?” I told them.

Nanlaki lalao ang mata ni Kevin. Duh? Who would want to end a date just like that? I looked at Alex and he looked at me with his, ‘But why?’ look.

“Kasi guys, it’s getting late. Kevin, Cindy malayo pa sa atin. Alex I know you’re tired because of all these work and Kevin, I have a curfew.” I told them.

“Pero ako naman kasama mo.” He said. Yes guys, because he’s my bestfriend okay lang kanila mommy kung saan saan ako nagpupunta as long as magkasama kami. Diba unfair? Ginagawa niya akong yaya minsan, kasi nga he can bring me anywhere.

“Alam niyo, Ana has a point. Kevin, marami pa tayong gagawin bukas.” Cindy said. Finally! Someone understands me!

We stood up and went to the parking lot. Kevin and Alex and Cindy bid their ‘thanks’ and ‘goodbyes’ for today. Kevin went to the driver seat while Cindy went to the passenger’s seat. Alex and I was left sa labas.

“So..................... it’s goodbye then?” Sabi ko sa kanya.

He smiled weakly. Nabugbog ba tong mokong na to? Ang lamya niya hah.

“Alex, tapatin mo nga ako? Anyare ba?” I asked him.

“Wala naman. Pagod lang ako.” He said. Pagod? Wow hah, edi sana di siya sumama kasi ‘PAGOD’ siya. I rolled my eyes on him. What a LAME lie.

“Sorry babe. Babawi ako sayo. Promise.” He said and kissed my forehead.

I just looked away. Nakakawalang gana eh! Minsan na nga lang kami magkita kasi BUSY kaming dalawa, ganyan pa actions niya. Eh kayo ba, would you like it? HELL NO!

“Sorry babe.” He said and hugged me. Do you have any idea how much I love him? Yung naiinis ako sa kanya, napipikon, nagagalit, at naiinis ako sa kanya ng sobra! Well, just one hug then all the hate, pain, and hurt I feel towards this creature vanished. As in, that easy!

“Sorry mo mukha mo!” Sabi ko sa kanya.

“Ayy, attitude mo babe. Sobra!” Sabi niya sa aking nang naka NGITI!

See? Moody ang gagu. Nakakainis!

Ayaw ko pa sana bumitaw sa moment eh, pero Mr Epal passed by. Kevin hit the horn twice.

“OO NA PAPASOK NA!” I yelled though I know muntanga ako ksi air-conditioned yung kotse niya.

“Bye babe.” Sabi ni Alex, still hugging me.

“Bye.” I told him. Our eyes were locked on eachothers.

“I love you.” He said and gave me a quick kiss.

“I love you too.” I said smiling. We both let go at pinagbuksan niya ako ng door. Ang sweet niya promise! Hay kung di lang tlga moody eh!

We drove off. I watched his figure fade out of my sight. Hay nako! Another awesome day ended just like that.
