The Window

It has been a week since my 17th birthday. I was in a car driving with a friend for a road trip. We are going all around the U.S.  we are in Seattle now and going to a hotel. On the way to the hotel. I looked out the window, and saw a face looking back at me. I was scared and screached, my friend who was driving swerved and almost hit a tree. We both stopped and sat there for ten minutes before I finaly told her what happened. "Look I have the note still."  I said I as I was pulling out the note of my back pack. Aubrie or Bree looked at me and said "Creepy, do you know who 'The Shadow' is?" "I wish, I did." I replied "Maybe it is a prank?" "I doubt it expecially after what I just saw." We went the rest of the way to the hotel without talking. When we got to the hotel we sat and talked about random things. Then around 2:00 in the morning we work up to a loud banging on the door. I went to check but when I got there no one was there.
