Down in the planes of east Africa, many years before the western civilisation lived happy people. Villages and clan heads, hunting parties, jolly wives, playful kids, life was merry. Until judgement fell on the land in form of a giant ogre that left nothing but disaster in its path. Village after village perished and people fled.
There was only one warrior the people had hope in to stop the ogre. He was strong and fearless and had earned his name truly. Before more could  lose their lives, he decided to go after the ogre. This was the night our legend would begin.
The ogre was getting closer to the his clan and home stead and he feared for the life of his dear wife and baby boy who had just been born a month ago. What he decided to do was chase after the ogre before it got there in order to save his family and clan.
He got his bow, arrows and spear and kissed his wife good bye but halted in his steps. He turned back and said the his last words to the wife. "In case I happen (which is not going to happen) to return, please take care of my son Kajapha. Raise him into a strong man like the father, and a heart like the mother's. When he's strong enough to move the rock uphill which I can't move by myself now, he will be capable of coming after me. Remember, to always tell him how fond of him I was. Give him enough goat milk. I will make sure, the ogre doesn't get here whether I return or not. Keep waiting, I will surely come back to you dear wife."
He looked at the sleeping infant one last time and kissed his wife once again , and left.
No one knows what happened to the warrior, all we know is that since then, there hasn't been an ogres eating villages away. The ogre disappeared along with the warrior. Search parties were sent but no results came. People gave up looking for him, settled down and continued with their life styles.
The boy grew into a fine young man who had a kind, caring, honest, truthful heart like the mother. He was brave and strong among his peers. The whole village had watched him grow and took pride in him.
He had only one problem. No matter how had he tried, he couldn't move the rock uphill. The older he grew, the more the rock got deep rooted in the ground. All he ever thought of was the day he would be able to move the rock and go searching for his father.
