In teen titans there are five main heroes. Robin, Starfire, Cyborg, Raven, and Beastboy... the goof ball of the group. What's to say that his little brain has more than comes to mind?
Many theories have shown that, over all his silliness, Beastboy might be the creater of Teen Titans Go.
He thinks Robin is just a bossy leader that only thinks about slade. So why not make him a crazy lunatic with a crazy mind?
Starfire over all is sweet and cuddly but is serious when needed to be. This is why Starfire whatsoever stays the same most of the time.
About Robstar, maybe Beastboy likes to tease Robin for his secret love to Starfire. Though, he possibly does not know how her heart feels.
Cyborg, his best friend, surely fits the third wheel position. He thinks he is a lady's man, making his best bud, the third wheel.
Then overall Raven. He must have some kind of crush on her which makes him feel weird. The reason why she is so Jealous of Terra in Teen Titans go is because he thinks that is the reason they fought, and she thinks of her as dark and creepy with happiness inside her, which brings out the real Raven.
