"Back! Back!" The witch growled to the little boy.

Frightened, the boy scrambled back against the wall, "what do you want from me?" he screamed.

"The only thing useful to me boy! You're blood!" The witch shouted at him.

The boy cried, "But I'm not the one you need!"

"Don't try to fool me boy, I know exactly who you are and your family has caused me too much trouble!" The witch hissed at him and continued boiling something up in a cauldron in the corner of the small hut.

"Will I live?" He questioned.

"Of course not!" The witch said, annoyed as could be, "Now shut up!"

The boy remained silent for a bit, but he still had questions and he was going to die anyway.

"If you're going to kill me, at least tell me what you're going to do with my blood." He insisted, chin lifted in a weak brave position.

The witch looked back at him and smirked, "I'm glad you asked, boy." She threw some sort of herb into her mixture and explained everything.
