"The Virus has wiped out a majority of the world's population. There is barely any hope that the humans will be able to survive. Only 5% of the world's population remain. I repeat--AGH!"
Crunching static and disgusting sounds of something being torn apart fill the radio's amplifiers.

"Grotesque creatures," the hooded figure mumbles as he turns the radio off.
The hooded man grabs a remote, and, leaning against the torn-up, bloodstained recliner, switches the television channel to the last news report that the world will ever give. Luckily for him, it was easy hacking into the system to watch the news reports that were unable to be featured.
"G-Good day," the red-faced news reporter stuttered anxiously, tears prickling at her eyes. "Today... we bring the world news of grief... T-The world's population... is gradually decreasing... e-ever since the incident of what was reported as a wild animal attack in Florida, the citizens of North America started dropping like f-flies. A r-recent report stated that this occurrence is a virus of some sort, where if unidentified creatures even touch a human, that human loses himself in his head and that creature takes over. The n-next country to be affected by this is..."
"She looks so scared," the hooded man commented, adjusting his cracked, bloodstained mask.
"L-Liam, what's that behind you...?," the news reporter asked quietly to the cameraman, eyes wide as saucers.
The next scene was where the hooded man paid full attention to.
The camera suddenly jerked and shook, followed by a guttural howl, and the news reporter was screaming. Red liquid dripped from the camera lens, and spilled across the pearl white floor. The very audible sound of crunching resonated from the television, and throughout the place. The sight of an unidentifiable creature at the left side of the screen caught the man's eye. He watched as the creature maimed and mauled the poor reporter to shreds. After that, the creature approached the camera. The man paused the footage and took a close look at the creature.
This creature...
This ugly, grotesque and carnivorous creature.
It wasn't just a blob of black mass.
Its body seemed to flicker with static.
No.
Not just static.
There were markings on its shapeless body that seemed to resemble technological marks.
He could see two white eyes staring into the camera, with a smile that somewhat looked like frequency waves. The man took note of this.
