Blood
It stains the water in which they lay
It stains the sand of there home
In which they fight to the bone
In their home on d-dayAs the flag dies with flames abroad
As its replacement is flying hard
When the men who lay on the beach
Which they'll be in down deep beneathBeneath the sands and rocks
To the core of their hearts
As the soldiers lay there today
Let us never forget the other side of D-day
