"so, he's 21?"

"yup. and taken." tiningnan niya naman ako with a raised brow. haha. "what? i was just saying."

"ha.ha.ha. so where do you want to go?" he asked.

"i don't know." for a moment there, we both fell silent.

"amusement park?" bigla niyang sabi.

"nah. ayoko. iba na lang." walang gana kong sagot.

"why? di ba you like to go there?"

"oo, pero, ewan parang pinagsawaan ko na ata. haha." sabi ko na lang. ayoko talaga pumunta ng amusement park ngayon.

"hmmm. alam ko na." he then drove his car all the way to the other side of town. haha. joke. pero ang tagal na namin nagba-byahe.

"saan ba tayo pupunta?" tanong ko sa kanya. lumalayo na kasi kame sa kabihasnan eh. haha.

"we're here." he stopped the car sa may sea shore. sa dagat pala.

"dagat." i said nung makababa na kame sa kotse niya. ang sarap ng hangin. nakakarelax talaga. and the water is so calm.

"maybe you want to relax a bit." he said right next to me. i just nod at him and we both stared at the horizon.

siguro if i'm bothered, this is the best place to be. to spac out a little. just to clear my mind a bit from all the things. ang sarap talaga sa pakiramdam ang dampi ng hangin sa mukha ko.

"hey." bigla naman ako nagising when someone poked me at my shoulder. i stared at him blankly. then he ran his face right passed on my face. then i blinked at couple of times. "you were spacing out too much." he said.

i felt my body turned red. "so-sorry. i was just letting it consume me for a bit." i confessed.

"okay lang. well, i hoped it helped you."

i turned to him and let out a weak smile. " it did. thanks."

"glad to help then." he then offered me his hand which brought me to confusion. "let's go?"

aalis na pala kame. haha. "or do you want to stay a bit longer?"

"hehe. no, let's go." i said and grabbed his hand. haha.

ngayon naman pabalik na kame ng kabihasnan. haha. he decided to go grab something to eat. tinanong niya rin ako if i want to watch a movie. i rejected it. haha. kaya naman, kakain na lang kame. nagugutom na rin man din ako.

*SA RESTO*

ayos rin 'tong resto na 'to. haha. buffet style with music pa. char talaga.

naghanap muna kame ng table. "ahm, wait lang kuya,washroom lang ako." paalam ko sa kanya. agad naman akong tumungo sa washroom, pagpasok ko...

"awwwwwww!!!!!!" nabangga ako. "sorry." sabi ko. kasalanan ko rin, kasi i was checking my phone, then hindi ko nakita na may tao pala na palabas.

"it's okay." she said and umalis na siya ng tuluyan. sa loob naman ng washroom, nag-ayos lang ako ng sarili ko.

"oh, it's you." biglang nagsalita yung babaeng katabi ko. i scanned the room, kami lang ang nandito, baka ako talaga ang kausap niya.

"who, me?" i asked her. she seemed to laugh at my question.

"who else? may iba pa bang tao dito?"

"who knows? maybe you can see ghosts." i said sarcastically. after kong mag-ayos aalis na sana ako, when she called me once more.

"hey...Elise." this time kasama na ang name ko. bigla akong napatingin sa kanya. "don't you remember me?"

"if i did, eh di sana kanina pa kitang pinansin." pambabara ko naman. she seemed pissed. haha. sorry mataray kasi ako.
