"Mom?" Tomika called out for her Mom but nobody answered
"Dad?"
"Tyrone?"
"is anybody home?"
oh no no no no no please let someone be here I crossed my fingers and hoped that Tomika and I were not the only ones in her house
"I guess nobody's home" she said as she opened the fridge I however sat on the couch
"hey uh Zack?"
"yeah?"
"you want anything?"
I want to be with you Tomika...WAIT WHAT? what is happening to you Zack? you can't fall for her she's one of your bestfriends
"Zack?"
"just water thanks"
Tomika then sat beside me and handed me a glass of water
I was about to take the glass of water when our eyes locked
My heart was beating so fast.....I...it...it was almost like it was skipping a beat, she's so beautiful, cute and adorable and...and-- CUT IT OUT KWAN
"uh t-thanks" I broke our gaze as I awkwardly took the glass of water and drank it
"so should we go do our return papers in my room?" Tomika asked me
"uh sure thing" I said as I prepared myself for the awkwardness that awaits
"so this is my room" Tomika said as she threw her bag on the floor and flopped on her bed
"it's cute..like you" when those word came out of my mouth I mentally faceplamed myself and blushed like crazy nice going Zack Kwan
Tomika's P.O.V
woah does Zack think I'm cute? aw that's kid is sweet no matter how awkward the situation is
"aw thanks Zack you ain't so bad yourself" I said as I giggled
"hehe so should we get started?" he said chuckling
"leggo"
Time skip (BC I'm Lazy and it's like 2 in the morning here)
"okay well I'm bored" I said twirling my pen
"same" Zack said
"well my parents and brother still aren't here so that's odd"
"so what should we do in the mean time?" Zack asked
" I know something we could do" I said smirking
"o-oh r-really what?" Zack said with panic in his eyes
I was aproaching him smirking so he tried to avoid me and landed on my bed
"this is going to be fun Zack relax" I said as I took of my jacket
"T-tomika I-" Zack said blushing like crazy
"shhhh relaaax okay I got you?" I said as I crawled on top of him, smirking
I leaned in..and just before our lips touched I got off of him and laughed
"ahahaha you should have seen the look on your face" I said laughing
"It's not funny" Zack said looking at the floor and frowning
I sat beside him
"aw Zack I'm sorry I was just messing around okay?"
"okay okay but don't joke around like that ever again okay?" he said looking at me
"yes I promise" I said as kissed his cheek and rubbed my nose againts his
"yay, well I gotta get going my dad might flip if he sees that I'm not back before my curfew" Zack said as he beggan to pack his things
"oh I'll walk you to the front door" I said as I grabbed my jacket and began to put it on and we bgan to walk to the front door
"bye Zack" I said as I waved goodbye
"bye Tomika I had fun today" he said chuckling
"I had fun today too"
I walked back up to my room and lied on my bed then a few minutes later I got a text
ding
(chat convo of Zack and Tomika)
Zack: hey I can't sleep
Tomika: lol same
Zack: hey Tomika..
Tomika: yeah?
Zack: *sends a pic of puppy*
Tomika: aw so cute
Zack: so wanna practice some songs tomorrow?
Tomika: yeah sure
Zack: you sleepy yet? bc I am
Tomika: lol Goodnight Zack
Zack: Goodnight Tomika
I turned off my phone and placed it on my nightstand and closed my eyes

and then I slowly drifted of to sleep
