Not So Typical *joey birlem fanfic*

Chapter 7

So, joey moved into my state and he goes to my school, Can my life get any better?!? Honestly i think i'm dreaming, I've always been that normal ordinary girl. I've never been popular or been extremely smart, I've always been average and just plain normal. nothing big has happened in my life, this is the biggest thing that has happened to me in my whole life!

"hey!" someone said interrupting my thoughts, i look over to see joey. "hey!" i replied back with a cheesy smile, i couldn't not smile seeing him sitting next to me.

should i pretend i don't know him or should i tell him the truth? if i tell him the truth he might think i'm a crazy fan girl and will stay away from me, but if i don't tell him what am i supposed to do? lets just pretend i don't know him for now, i can tell him later.

"so um, where did you move from?" i asked trying to start a conversation.

"LA, we moved for change environments i guess" he said looking unsure.

"that's cool hope you like it here" i told him. i can see that he was nervous.

"im Allie by the way" i said with a friendly smile.

"joey nice to meet you" he said handing out his hand. i shook his hand and at the moment i felt something in my stomach, something I've never felt before. something like butterflies but i get that all the time seeing joey on my phone so its something different.

"hey um do you want my number so you can text me if you need help in anything?"

did i really just say that? holy sh*t i just made this situation so awkward than it already is!

"that would be helpful thanks!" he said looking a little bit less nervous.

"0** *** ****"

After I told him my number the teacher started our lesson which was good because I didn't know what else to say.

Five minutes into the lesson my phone buzzed notifying me that I got a text, I took my phone and hid it behind my book and looked at the notification.

Unknown number: hey
Allie: who is this?

I replied instantly without thinking about it too much until I got another notification.

Unknown number: haha it's Joey

I looked up and saw Joey smiling and giggling a little, I felt my cheeks heat up. I looked straight back down to my phone and replied with 'oh haha sorry' trying to sound not so embarrassed. After that I added him as a contact, when I got another notification.

Joey🔥: can you show me around school at lunch?
Allie: Of course!

I looked up at him again and saw him smiling at his phone, it made me smile knowing that I made him smile just by sending a simple text. I admired him beautiful features, his Hazel eyes, his nearly black silky hair..... "Allie?"
I heard a familiar voice which made me snap out of my little day dream. "Are you ok? Are you still willing to show me around?"  I saw Joey blushing. I think he caught me staring...

I know this story is starting off quite boring but trust me I will be updating more often and it WILL get interesting.
