It was a normal day for Luna. Sitting in her room stressed about school and her mum, watching YouTube and sometimes reading. She watched youtubers like Shane Dawson, Markiplier, Jacksepticeye, Pewdiepie, some makeup gurus Dan and Phil. But she was obsessed with danisnotonfire, just Dan's channel.
Every video Dan made Luna felt like she really related. This wasn't some stupid like "so relatable" thing. It was deeper than that.
She couldn't explain it well. She was just obsessed and in awe on how much they were alike. That is personality wise at least. Dan was a tall, British male, with brown eyes and hair; Luna was short (5'5"), American female, with blue eyes and dirty blonde/ light brown hair. All together he was definitely a lot better looking than Luna.
Everyday Luna daydreamed of meeting Dan and having an intellectual conversation with him. She just wanted to sit down with him and talk about things. Aliens, religions, their awkwardness, daydreaming, and just secrets. He was her idol, her dream was to one day meet and talk to him.
Luna knew that daydreaming wouldn't help her meet him. She knew that she never would meet him, it was practically impossible for her. Her family had no money for starters, and she was so awkward she couldn't even barely talk to people without freaking out and having an anxiety attack. So how the hell would she ever be able to talk to him? I mean he was awkward too but still.
