Bound by a timeless curse, and forced to remain within the confines of his own kingdom until it is lifted, King Ira is nothing short of insane.

He seemingly beheads and kills women for the sake of his own enjoyment. But, is that really the truth? Or is there something deeper?

Once upon a time, Alia was free. She had everything she could have ever wanted. A loving mother, a quaint house just for themselves and love.

Until it was ripped from her one faithful night. Now, nine years later, the King has successfully killed his one thousandth victim.

And it seems like the Kingdom has found the hero it's been looking for. All in the outspoken, impatient anomaly that is Alia.

And all it took was one punch.

And all it took was one punch

Author's Note

My interest in Arabian Nights- 1001 Nights specifically- became maybe around a few weeks ago, I think.

I just found the whole dynamic between Sheherazade and Shahyrar a truly compelling one, and decided to make a story of my own, with the same dynamic, same killing girls, storytelling plotline, but in a completely different way.

Grammar wise, I usually try to best to be as accurate as possible (grammar Nazi, sue me). But in case there's anything that I missed during my proof reading, and re-proof reading, don't hesitate to point out the mistake, but please, in the nicest way possible.

Now, sit back *hands you a chocolate bar*

Relax *gently massages your shoulders*

And...

And
