Fullmetal Alchemist

I wanna first start with one of the first animes I watched. Also my fav!

This anime literally was my gateway to the otaku world! I present to you Fullmetal Alchemist!

Now, something you should know, there are two different versions of this show. There's Fullmetal Alchemist and and Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood.

Personally I prefer the Brotherhood version but I would advise anyone who is interested in viewing this to watch both versions.

The series revolves around the Elric brothers who had preformed the taboo of all alchemy which cost them some, if not all their bodies. Edward Elric, a shrimp of a boy alchemist, joins the military in order to find the philosopher stone as to gain what he and his brother has lost. However, him and his brother go up against a force even stronger than they could imagine. Will they be able to get back what they had lost? Well of course!

This show is actually quite religious because they will be bringing up lots of things in Christianity like the seven deadly sins, the question of God and humanity's true self.

I really enjoyed this anime although it criticized us humans. But in a way it kinda really made lots of sense and the ending was such a touching thing, although I guarantee that most of you will want to punch a big whole right through your walls. But I do not intend to give you spoilers and stuff so I'll leave it at that.

But dang, I swear, after watching this show, I fell in love with every character, except maybe some of the main girl characters because they're just...a bunch of Sakuras (sorry for the insult but I'm just voicing my opinion)

So yes, please, if you are willing to have your heart ripped to shreds after each episode but in a nice way, watch this show!

Also, I recommend you also watch the original FMA because it is very different but also quite interesting with different plot twists. Although they don't have all the characters as in the Brotherhood version. But yes it is really interesting!!!! (And messed up...just saying)

Now, I know this might be off topic but I just wanna tell you all about the feels that might occur.

While I was watching this show, I literally bursted into a fit after watching the ending because...it was just so...so freaking annoying!!! It was a great ending but it just gave me the feels and it was so annoying because I couldn't get over the fact that my baby Edward was all grown up!!!!! That and so many people who began this ride weren't able to make it to the finish line with Ed and Al. Lots of people developed, especially the brothers. And we sorta feel close to these characters.

Oh!!! I think I should share some Edward Elric pictures with yalls! He's such a shorty but so CUTE!!!!!! He's my type of guy 😍

(Hint: Ed doesn't like milk. At All!)

(I might have said this before but just to emphasize my point... This show is the very definition of GORE! But I love it)
